(so uhhhh blame my co-writer for the family tree mess idk anymore, the math wasn't mathing.)

"So that's what those noises were that one night," Nico said. "WHAT THE HELL-" Jolie yelled. It was a couple hours after the dinner, and they were celebrating by touching grass (crazy). Will whispered something into Nico's ear which looked very difficult because of the height difference. Nico's face turned red and he covered his face with his hands. Sophie stared at them. "What?" she asked. Will was about to explain when Nico stomped on his foot. "What? I was just gonna explain it," he said. Nico punched him. "Oww! What was that for!?" Will demanded. "Don't you fucking say anything," Nico said quietly, his face still red. Will rolled his eyes. Hazel sighed loudly. "I'm so colddddd," Jolie groaned very loudly. Hazel attempted to push her off the bench. "All you do is complain," Sophie said. Jolie tried to throw a leaf at her, but that's not how physics work. It blew in the cold air and disappeared. Hazel laughed at her attempts as Jolie tried multiple times to hit Sophie specifically with leaves. Jolie gave up, walked over to Sophie, and punched her. "Two pregnant ladies fighting. Such entertainment," Will said. Nico hit him for the third time. "Don't be rude to the pregnant ladies," Nico said. Will gently elbowed him.

"Hey, have any of y'alls seen Percy?" Annabeth asked, walking up to them. "I think he moved somewhere el se. I heard him talking about how 'MiSeRaBlE' it is here," Hazel replied. "What? But he would've told me.." Annabeth trailed off. Sophie sighed. She knew where this was going. "He said he didn't want to make you feel bad," Hazel added. Annabeth looked like she was keeping herself from having a panic attack. "D-did he say where he was going? Can I get to him? Can he see me again?" she asked. "I don't know. Those boats cost a lot," Hazel sighed. Jolie turned her head up to look at Hazel. "HE LEFT THE ISLAND!?!? No.. no, I have to.. I have to go. Uh- bye," Annabeth said and ran off. Jolie sighed.

"He didn't leave, did he?" Jolie asked sarcastically.

"Nah. Not even the slightest bit thinking of leaving for good. He only left to get some things, he's moving here and forgot to tell her," Hazel replied, not caring in the slightest bit. Sophie sighed again. "Hazel, that's rude. You can't keep doing that to people. You freaked out Calypso last time, remember?" Sophie lectured. "I know," Hazel said. "It's just funny to see their reactions." Jolie rolled her eyes. "Oh, come on. Last time Calypso trapped you in a room for like a day and you just cried the entire time," she said. Hazel elbowed her and didn't say anything because she didn't have a comeback. Jolie laughed at her. "You know, we really are four years old," Will said randomly.

-time skip-

Sophie was sitting on her bed. Keefe was snoring louder than my sister somehow. Sophie sighed. She couldn't go to sleep after what happened. The whole experience was terrifying. She wasn't that tired anyway, but she was bored. Sophie sat there, staring at the wall until she started to see weird colors that she didn't know existed from not blinking. She was about to get up, but then she heard something under the bed. It almost sounded like growling. Sophie froze. Well, now she couldn't go anywhere. She held her breath, got her flashlight from her bedside table, and very slowly made her way off of the bed. She shined the flashlight underneath the bed. It was a cat. Sophie let out a breath. She got scared by a fucking cat. It wasn't any cat, though. It was Elizabeth. She kinda forgot that she kinda had a pet now. Elizabeth was shivering. Sophie carefully reached under the bed, picked up Elizabeth, and cuddled her. The poor thing wasn't yet ready for the cold. Sophie got a towel from the bathroom and dried Elizabeth with it. Elizabeth was soaking wet. She had probably accidentally fallen into a lake near the castle and sought shelter under the bed, which was cold. Elizabeth had started to calm down and she fell asleep. Sophie put the cat where Sophie would normally sleep, but it wasn't like she was going to sleep anyway.

She'd find another way.

Sophie was sitting on the floor and staring at the wall some more. She thought about Jolie, and some stuff that she'd done. When they were kids, Jolie and Sophie didn't exactly get along that much and they fought a lot. Jolie thought she could control Sophie, and Sophie retaliated by attacking her. In truth, Jolie was both taller and older than Jolie, so Sophie could never win. That would all change tonight, Sophie thought. Even though it had been an extremely very long time since those things happened and they had both grown out of it, Sophie was going to get revenge. She stood up so fast that she almost fell down and she stormed out of the room. She stopped to grab a jacket and a jar from the bathroom and went outside. It was almost below zero degrees and snowing, and Sophie only had a nightgown and a very thin jacket. She went up to a near a spider's nest and put the jar up to the entrance, blocking it off. Sophie waited until the jar was filled with spiders, and quickly moved it away and shoved the lid back on. A couple spiders made their way onto her hand. She threw them off onto the snow and stepped on them. Sophie wasn't that afraid of spiders, she just didn't like when they were on her. She went back inside, relieved to be inside where it was at least more warm than outside. She crept up to Jolie's room, making sure not to wake anyone up, and making sure to skip the 17th floorboard as it had always creaked. Sophie pressed her ear up to the door. Nothing. She very slowly and carefully opened the door, slipped into the room, and left the door open just a little bit. Light from the hallway shone through the tiny creak like sun rays. Sophie walked slowly up to Jolie's bed who was sleeping peacefully next to Hazel. Sophie bent down and rocked the bed a little bit, just enough to get Jolie half awake. When she was, Sophie rose, opened the jar, and threw the spiders all over her. Jolie screamed. Hazel woke up grumpily and fumbled to turn on the lamp. Jolie was panicking, and Sophie was just standing there.

"What the fuck are you doing!?" Hazel demanded. She looked at Jolie and her eyes widened. She looked back at Sophie for an explanation, but Sophie was already running out of the room.

"Could you at least close the door!? I'm very comfortable where I am right now!" Hazel called.
