Khushi was about to sleep when vedang said "khushi"
Khushi looked at him and said "yeah"
Vedang: our contract will officially end in next 2 days.
Vedang smiled after saying this.

Khushi who almost forgot about contract said "yeahh!!! Finally!!"

Vedang smiled but was shocked inside to see how Khushi was happy on the note of ending this marriage.

He looked at her for more than a while.
She snapped her fingers in front of him.

Khushi: I am sorry vedang.
Vedang: for what?
Khushi: umm actually I was thinking that we shouldn't tell my mom about this contract right now.
she is already very unhappy about my papa's death.
So can we just wait for 5-6 days till then can we pretend happy.

Vedang understood her point and said "why not? I think we are friends and friends help each other in good or bad times"

Khushi smiled and said "Thank you. Also I didn't knew we were friends"

Vedang: even I didn't.
I thought we were more than that.
(He muttered the last part).

Khushi: I hope we stay connected after this marriage ends.
Vedang: we sure will.

Khushi smiled and proceeded to sleep and even vedang tried to but couldn't as he was thinking was he the only one who was happy about her presence in his life.
He never thought that Khushi would be a good company.
The girl he didn't even knew for a week got married to him and became such a huge part of his life.

How could he say this to her that he don't want this to end.
Even on the day of her father's death he knew that he had just 5 days with her now.
He was sad but seeing her more sad about another cause was making him more sad.
He loved her or some parts of her which made him happy.
After his father's death he never thought of smiling atleast after getting so much of responsibilities at such a young age of 21.
So since last 5 years he never knew what being happy was.

He soon slept.

Next day
Khushi woke up got ready and went downstairs only to join her mother and mother in law in kitchen.
Because they didn't let her cook.

She and her mom were much healed now.
Her mother enjoys her mother-in-law's company.

And she during all of this realised how happy she was in vedang's company.
She was disturbed by this sudden announcement of wedding but with vedang it seems liked she was not that disturbed.

Soon vedang joined them for breakfast.
They were laughing and talking.

And a random thought of not being her husband after tomorrow hit vedang and he just admired Khushi for a while because he knew he now cannot admire for more than 5 days.
