ch2: egg sandwich

Bible found himself standing in front of a small house right next to the bakery
"I live alone so you can spend the night here" biu said as he opened the door, Bible was a bit hesitant but he didn't have much choice.

The house was as cozy as the bakery, it was small yet felt so comforting, "you can sleep on the sofa, the bathroom is right there and if you feel hungry the kitchen is all yours, I will bring you some clothes and you can take a shower at the meantime " biu finished talking and went to his room.

As he was standing under the shower, Bible was left again with his thoughts, how did he end up here? He was supposed to be with his wife now, not showering in some stranger's bathroom.

He finished showering, wrapped a towel around his waist and went out, "I brought your clo-" biu said but his words got caught in his throat as he lifted his head to be met with Bible's naked torso 𝑑𝑎𝑚𝑛! There was an awkward silence for a moment, and then 'meow!'

"Ehm...I br-brought your clothes, umm I will leave them here, I'll be in my room, if you need anything just call me, good night! Let's go pao" Biu said trying to hide his blushing cheeks then he ran to his room along with pao pao.

Bible couldn't help but laugh a little

He opened his phone to find dozens of calls and messages from his ex-girlfriend and his family, but he only sent one text message to his ex
"'𝑀𝑒𝑒𝑡 𝑚𝑒 𝑡𝑜𝑚𝑜𝑟𝑟𝑜𝑤""
Along with the location of biu's bakery, he turned off his phone and went to sleep, he was exhausted, after all, he had a loaded day.

'Meow', Bible felt something tickling his neck, he opened his eyes to find Pao Pao laying on his upper chest "Good morning little one " he said as he proceeded to get up, the sun was already up and the weather was nice outside, in the coffee table there was an egg sandwich, orange juice and some freshly baked croissants, there was also a note
"𝑮𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈:) 𝒉𝒐𝒑𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒉𝒂𝒅 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒈𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝒔𝒍𝒆𝒆𝒑, 𝑰 𝒎𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒃𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒌𝒇𝒂𝒔𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒚𝒐𝒖, 𝑰'𝒍𝒍 𝒃𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒓𝒚

Bible was starting to feel a bit guilty now, but he was more grateful, grateful for not being alone at a time like this, he finished his breakfast, took a quick shower then put on his clothes, he took Pao in his arms and went to the bakery.

He walked in to find Biu busy in the kitchen, "good morning biu"
"Oh good morning ble, how was your sleep?"
"It was good thank you for letting me stay, and thank you for the breakfast, it was delicious. I really appreciate it"
"Don't mention it please it's no big deal" said biu with a genuine smile,

"I talked to my ex last night" biu stopped what he was doing, listening carefully to Bible now, "I will be meeting her here if you don't mind, I want to end things properly with her"
"Yes yes of course I don't mind"

said biu who was honestly surprised,
Bible is really a nice person, if it was him biu would definitely cause a scene or murder someone, but Bible was still being a gentleman even though he's the heartbroken one.

Bible went and took a seat waiting for his ex while biu stood behind the counter with pao pao, eyeing him, a moment later a young woman walked in, she was beautiful, biu didn't like her.

she went and took a seat next to Bible who looked very hurt, biu couldn't hear what they were saying but he could read in Bible's face how deeply he was wounded,

"That ugly bitch! She doesn't deserve him, should I put some poison in her coffee pao?" 'Meow' "You're right that's too much, how about you go scratch her huh? Not something stitches worthy, just a small cut" Pao eyed Biu innocently "Ughhh what am I even saying," Biu said as he put his head on the counter.

After a few minutes, the girl stood up and left, Bible was sitting there on the verge of tears, biu took Pao and walked towards him carefully, and then he heard soft sobs, biu sat next to him and Pao went straight to his lap, Bible was devastated and very vulnerable so biu didn't ask him anything and just did the thing he would like to have in such situation,

he took Bible's head slowly and put it on his shoulder, then he wrapped his hands around him while patting him gently on his back "You can let it out ble, don't hold it in" he said, then Bible's sobs started to get louder as he wrapped his hands around biu and held him on a death grip while crying his heart out, biu continued to pat him, he couldn't understand himself, what is it about this guy that makes him want to hide him in his heart from this cruel world, he didn't know but he decided to just follow his heart.
