Pov (Ella)
I've came up with the perfect plan to make it look like a accident I go to Layla room and grab a hair clip and bring it downstairs placing it on the kitchen table, I then place Alex and Abigail in there highchairs Alex grabs hold of the hair clip and I turn away going to cook dinner "Noooooooo" I hear sam say I look over at him as he has the hairclip in his hand "What's wrong?" I ask him "Alex nearly put Layla hair clip in his mouth he could of chocked" Sam says looking at me "Oh I didn't relised it was there" i lied Sam looked at me "It's okay its not your fault" Sam says giving me a warm smile. We ate dinner and then Sam did some editing he then left to pick up the kids, I hear the car doors closing and Layla walks in "Sweetheart why was your hair clip on the kitchen table you know not to leave your things lieing around" I say Layla looks upset "It's not my hair clip i don't leave my things lieing around dad said that so I'll tell you what I told him it's probably millies I'm not stupid there a reason I don't leave my thing around the house I have baby sibling that I know will eat anything" Layla says looking at me "Well its definitely yours all I'm asking is your more careful" I say playing my part "For the last time it's not mine I am careful" she says looking hurt "It's definetly yours" I say passing it her as Sam walks into the kitchen "Why are you so sure it's mine it could be millies" Layla says "oh come on Layla Millies are colourful
Your are white and black and that's white to me" I say "I didn't leave it on the kitchen table I know I didn't" She says "Sweetheart it's okay Alex is fine there no harm done just be more careful" Sam says causing her to get angry "I haven't left this downstairs it was in my room why won't you listen to me millie probably brought it downstairs it wasn't me" Layla says "It's okay sweetheart it was a accident it doesn't matter now" Sam says layla just storms off I hear her bedroom door slam "I'll go see if she alright" I say as I leave the kitchen.

Pov (Sam)
While in the car I mentioned what happened today and for layla to be more careful she was upset and angry at me for accusing her of leaving the clip out, when we finally got home Ella talked to her which ended up as Layla walking off and slamming her bedroom door Ella gone up to talk to her so I decided to go and put the twins down for a nap I get back downstairs and go in the kitchen for a drink I then hear someone run down the stairs before hearing the door slam I go into the hallway and see Ella coming down the stairs "Layla gone, she told me how guilty she was feeling for leaving the hair clip out and how she almost hurt Alex she really upset I tried to calm her down but it didn't work what she said really scared me Sam she said she didn't want to say it was her because she was scared we would be mad at her" Ella says "I better go and find her" I say getting up and leaving the house, I walk around the neighbour hood but no sign of her anywhere.

Pov (Colby)
I hear a knocking on my door "Coming" I say as I grab my key and open it "Layla what are you doing here?" I ask realising that she was crying "Hey what's wrong?" I say pulling her into a hug "Mum and Dad are mad at me they keep saying I've done something and I haven't done it uncle colby" she says "Come on let's get you inside" I say as I shut the door and walk into the living room "What's happened then?" I say looking at my Niece "Dad and Mum think I left my hair clip on the kitchen table but I didn't and I know I didn't because I haven't worn a hair clip for the last 2 days and I remember putting them back in with my other ones on Sunday, they kept saying I should be more careful but I am I don't leave things lieing around and I hate being accused of stuff I haven't done" Layla says "Well its a easy mistake layla I mean why are they so upset?" I ask "So you think that I left the clip there too" She asks I see sadness in her eyes "No I believe you when you said you didn't" I say she nods her head "Alex had it earlier so that's why there so mad but I know I didn't leave it there" she says "That's fine then I believe you I mean there could be multiple reason why that would happen" I say smiling at her "Can I stay here tonight Uncle Colby?" She asks looking at me "Of course you can" I say smiling "Does you dad and mum know your here?" I ask "No" she says looking at me "I've ran away from home" she says looking at me. I call Sam to let him know she with me and staying the night he seems okay on the phone he said he'll come before school tomorrow to collect her.

Pov (Sam)
I pulled up outside colby house, I had been searching for 30 minutes before Colby called me to tell me she was here, I opened the door and got out of the car "Layla" I say as I opened the door "Were in here" Colby calls I walk into the livingroom Layla looks angry "Come on Layla it was a accident you don't need to beat yourself up about it" I say smiling at my daughter "Why aren't you listening to me I didn't leave my clip on the kitchen table" she shouts "Sam she told me she didn't and I believe her" Colby says looking at me "Okay then but all I asked was that you be more careful" I say looking at my daughter "Again your talking to the wrong person" she says beginning to cry Colby takes her into his arms before shaking his head at me. "Come on Layla I'm sorry sweetheart, don't cry I'll tell your sister the same thing to be careful okay I'm not trying to single you it's only because it was your clip I told you I'm sorry for jumping to conclusions and upsetting you" I say "You should of believed me when I said it wasn't me instead of lecturing me on things I already do" She says looking up at her uncle Colby "Uncle colby believed me so why didn't you?" She asks I feel sad now and hurt "I'm sorry baby I'm so sorry" I say she looks at me "It's fine" she says walking over and giving me a hug.
