"Just leave me alone Vibha"Anand screamed , jerking her hands off his shoulder.
"I know that I'm less important to you. I had enough of this shit"he yelled again
"Anand you can't just leave me like this"she shouted almost in the verge of crying.

"What do you mean it's not available? See we fixed on the menu last week itself. Is this right that few hours before the programme you are coming and tell me this?"I almost yelled over the phone.
"Vibha- relax"akka looked at me with a warning and I scoffed, pressing the phone back to my ear.
"Whatever- I need blackberry currant icecreams delivered today evening. I don't care how you manage to get it. But if not- I'm gonna cut down the payment. Bye"i hung up the call and leaned to the counter.
Akka sighed and glared at me.
"What? It's their fault akka"I said. She shook her head and gave me a spoon to taste the curry.
We were in the kitchen, making lunch.
"You take too much pressure on little things nowadays"she said suddenly.
"That's not true"I said and tasted the curry.
She looked at me again and that made me sigh.
"It's just- I want this day to be perfect. Considering Divya akka was the only one in this family who was there by our side when we were going through hell. And I have been planning this baby shower for so long. I want it to be perfect for her"I said.
"How is the curry?"she asked making me nod.
"Too good"I said licking my finger.
"See- sometimes it just falls back to place. It's not good if we try to make it more better than it ever could be. If the ingredients are in the right proportion, you shouldn't be worrying about adding more salt to it"she said making me confuse.
"Anand was right when he said you and bava are alike. Sometimes you both can be too confusing with words"I said and she laughed pulling my cheeks.
"Can I ask you something?"she asked making me nod.
"Are you doing this for Divya akka, or for yourself?"she asked making me freeze.
Akka stopped stirring the soup when she saw my face. She sighed and turned towards me.

"You're distracting yourself, trying to pretend to be happy for Divya akka when it's killing you inside"she said and I felt my heart breaking into pieces.
"I-im happy for her akka"I said and looked down.
"I know you are vibha. But I also know how much pain it's causing you inside. You're trying too much to be normal. We both know how much you went through. So stop pushing yourself. Stop trying so hard. It will only cause you more pain"she said holding my hand. I smiled and gripped her hand.
