Unexpected Encounters

   Izuku was looking at a man who was highly known for his brutality, having one of the highest kill counts as a hero, thankfully they were all villains and for the most part were better dead however. It was the Number two ‘Hero’ Endeavor. The man was buying Rindou flowers, or more commonly known as Autumn bell flowers, the favorite flowers of his wife, the one he put in the hospital for being unstable. Thats right, Izuku knows all about Enji Todoroki and the horrible things he did to his family. Would be hard not to when your mother was part of the same project that built up the wife he put in a mental hospital. 

   Project velocity, the Japan branch of the HPSC saw inko and Rei as items to create powerful heroes, especially when they learnt inkos quirk wasn't attraction of small objects but a field of manipulation. It allowed her to move anything in a specific field she can create off of touching the item, when not used on an item it's on herself, which is what made it seem like attraction of small objects. They made her a killing machine, why use Lady nagant to assassinate people then their heart can suddenly stop beating?

   Inko was made into their killer along with Nagant, however when deaths needed to seem natural and not involve a bullet in someone's head Inko was the answer. Rei however was made into a public hero, she was made to be a happy and jolly woman who can turn a small town into an icicle. This project was successful until Endeavor came to the HPSC with a proposal to marry Rei, he took her away from the program and all seemed well until Shoto Todoroki was born, and 5 years later… Touya Todoroki perished

   After that Lady Nagant went Rogue and murdered the old head of the HPSC, then erased the heads of everyone else involved in Project Velocity. She then saved Inko by erasing all data of her, telling her to have a good life, which she did, all in Nagants name. From what they know the HPSC restarted velocity as Hawks is associated and is quickly climbing the ranks. That and the HPSC once tried recruiting Katsuki, had Izuku had some better control of his quirk then they probably would have come for him too. Inko quickly informed Mitsuki that sending Katsuki to them was not a good idea, to which her best friend was thankful for.

    Inko was furious however Izuku was noticing something, Endeavor looked around immediately after as if he felt them come, ‘can he feel heat signatures? Cause then it'd make sense with how mom is…’ Izuku thought ‘surely not.’ Endeavor finished buying the flowers before heading to the exit, not noticing neither Inko nor Izuku. Inko’s mood was considerably sour after that and she decided to head home, they got what they needed and Izuku had a commission to make a new glass figurine anyways. When home Izuku couldn't help but feel bugged that endeavor seemed to have felt them there, then again it probably was due to  mom staring the man down and thinking of horrid things to do to him but still. He just shrugged it off and got back to making the sculpture of Miruko stomping a Villain to the ground as he was commissioned to do.

As you see this is more of a set up episode, but ooo Inko in Project Velocity? And how would Izuku knowing Shoto’s story impact the talk shoto will have with him in the sports festival? How curious~
