"Don't stay up late and don't eat too much chocolate." I say.
" I know. I know" says Ember.
I hand her bag from my car. "And stay away from boys" I say to her.
"Auden, its a girls only sleepover." She says as she takes her bag from me.
"I know. Just in case." I say and I see her rolling her eyes as she walks over to the doorway. I catch up to her carrying her suitcase. "Call me if you need anything, ok?" I say to her turning serious.
"Will sure do, brother!" She says as she gives me one of her chessy smiles. She steps on the door step and rings the bell. I turn and ruffle her neatly combed hair "And behave like a 9 year old. Don't scare people with that grandma attitude of yours"I say to her. I laugh as she tries to fight me to take my hand of her head.
"Auden!!!"She says with that pissed tone of hers that never fails to bring brotherly satisfaction.
The door opens and I see Mrs. Walter. "Ginny is getting tired of waiting for you." She says to Ember. "Good night Auden" Ember says and walks in and behind Mrs . Walter she does this funny face thing and rushes upstairs.
As she goes out of view "Mrs. Walter if she need anything or if she is not well don't hesitate to call me, ok?"
"I know Auden, you say this all the time when you drop her here. I will surely ring you if there's anything."
"Good night then" I say and walk to my car. .........................................
On my way home I see a girl walking in this late hour and she looks strangely familiar. As I move closer I recognise her. It's Hazel. She is on the opposite side of the road. I decide to give her a ride. I turn my car to go back so that I can get on to the road she is on.
It's been 5 minutes. I am now on the road Hazel was on and I can't seem to spot her anywhere. I stroll on the path she takes to her apartment. I scan every street, every corner and I don't see her anywhere I go through the route she usually takes one more time and I don't see her. I come back to the place where I saw her couple minutes ago and I go a bit more further and I notice an Alley way, fuck I say to myself cause I am damn sure that she went through that way.
I go through the alley for 5 minutes and I don't see her. At the end of the corner I spot two figures as I draw nearer I recognise them, it's a Richard with one of his trolls. They seem to be spreawing shit cause they take no notice when I pass them. I drive further into the darkness looking for her. Richard and I don't get along very well. Every time I pass him he'll be glaring or shooting death threats at me.... ya clearly we don't get along... Wait! Was Richard avoiding me. That's not like him. We are in a deserted place and I'm all on my own, and you are telling me that he didn't use the oppurtunity. Somethings off. I reverse my car and go to the spot where I saw them. I get out of my car and walk towards him, that's when I notice white beads lying on the ground.wait! That beads are of Hazel's bracelet. I charge forward,grab him by his collar and pin Richard on the wall. "Where is she?" I growl at him. "Who the hell are you talking about?" "Where is she?" I ask him again and I feel my patience running out. "I don't know" he says. My grip on his throat tightens. "I won't ask again. Tell me where she is" I growl at him and pin him harder on to the wall. "Oh you mean Natasha. I too want to know where she is?" I lose me control and I punch him on his face. My knuckles meet his nose and I hear a crack. My actions leave a trail of blood gushing from his nose. His head slightly falls back with dizziness. I pin him hard on the wall again. I lose again when I see him grinning at me. This bastard hasn't got enough I guess. I curl up my fingers to hit him that's when receive a blow from that troll. I regain my balance and punch him on his stomach. He backs away falling on to the ground. I grab him by his collar and jab him on the face. His head falls unconscious to the ground. I move to Richard again who is now sitting against the wall. His lips and nose are covered in blood and he seems to be knocked out. I kneel next to him and grab him by his neck, that's when I hear someone shout.
