Perfect for captain winters and his shield failings and the other shields users. First part is the usual part throw the jar at the target. Second part is waiting 10 seconds for the pepper spray to activate. Then watch the chaos unfold they drop the shields and start screaming in pain and the best part is that you can now take them hostage so for example if you have captain winters and the rest of your squad is arrested you can trade him to get your team back or if you managed to grab him you can stall the raid clock by 20 minutes because the police don't want to hurt hostages and they definitely don't want to hurt the boss.
the two important parts is that you can capture almost all of the special units except bulldozers ,skull dozers, and zeal dozers the piss jar just piss them off. The second part is the identification on the jars the normal ones are clear the deadly ones have a red stripe on them. This is important because clear ones will immediately make civilians lay down the other. And the red ones will kill civilians.

Its original body was shattered by Thor after meeting the arrogant wilder after he drunkenly said that his sword was stronger than Thor's hammer. Thor immediately took offense to that and with one haft hearted swing shattered the sword and sent wilder through the bars wall. Thor then said the next time you decide to insult Asgard's weapons don't bring a toothpick to a real fight.
