What am I

I spent hours last night trying to convince Dona to let Ben stay he might to on fin ice right now but at lest he has a safe place to say for now. Ben took the guest bedroom that was Dona's Brothers room so there is some cloths left in the room that Ben can have. I should probably go and see if he is awake yet so that we can go and get some fake documents so he can say on earth with no problems.

I roll out of my bed and walk down the hall to Ben's room but he's not in there. I go and knock on the bathroom door to see if he is in there but no one is. I run down stairs to see a note from Dona ' gone to work be good!'

"Ben......BEN......BEN WHERE ARE YOU! Ok it's ok just say calm he'll be ok.....even know he has no ideas when any thing is and has no phone so it's not like I can call him.........OK I'M PANICING NOW........BEN".
Woosh Ben appear out of no where.
"How did you do that"?

Ben- "Its called teleportation I can move any where and every where as long as I can see where I am going or if you are calling me I will pop up next to you anytime you need me."

"Ohhh that's cool but what if your doing something really important and I just call you"?

Ben- "My job is to protect you I have a spell put on me so that I have to protect you, I can not hurt you unless it is to stop you from hurting others and if I die and your still alive I will keep coming back to life until you die then I will live out my days till it's end. To be completely honest with you your the only reason I did not die on parra-val when it was destroyed".

"I'm so sorry you have to remember what happened it must be hard."

Ben- "Some time it's hard I mean my dad and my brother lived there but they are long gone. I'm 2 years older then you and Adam died when you were 5 you know him he use to read you bed time story's. My dad died 1 year before parra-val was destroyed so it's not like I had much to lose I only had you and Glory. Adam was her Guardian for some reason he didn't have his spell on and he died so I became her Guardian till you got older so now I'm here."

"Did I know you when we were kids or something? Why can't I remember anything?"

Ben- " You don't remember anything because you have a mind block that means you have something keeping your memory hidden from you. Your the only person who can remember them and I can only tell you a few things about back home cuz if you find out to much from help you will die a very painful death."

"Ok I think I get it you can tell me somethings but not to much or I die. Lovely."

Ben- "yeah pretty much. Do you know where your book is?"

"Yeah it's on the shelf I'll grab it."

Why was Ben asking me about a dusty old book that no one can read at a time like this he still hasn't told me where he was.

"Where were you this morning I was calling you and I was getting worried."
I place the book on the oak dinning table.

Ben- "I went to the library to get some fake documents  I found the library using the box called Google Dona showed me how to use it. Read the book and learn from it."

"What do you mean read the book? No one can read the book."

Ben- "Really then what dose the title say?"

"The book of life....... I can read the book how can I read the book? I've never been able to read it before?"

Ben- " it's a parra-valian thing once you tern 16 you can read the language and once you tern 18 all the history and information you need about parra-val appears in your head like it's all ways been there."

I look at the book in amazement I can read a language I didn't even know was real. I all ways though the book was meant to be something that I created as a joke just some harmless kid fun. I start reading some of the pages in the book. It's a spell book? Do I have magic that's cool.

"So do I have magic or something?"

Ben- "you are super strong and you can control the elements and lightning, read minds and control them your also telepathic so you can talk to people using your mind and you have magic the main spells you will use is Venitai to get your aroma/suit on and you might be able to do some other things that could appear over time. Ohhh and before I forget the tattoo of wings on your back they tern into real wings that look like Angel ones and you can use then to fly but you have to unlock your suit first."

"Sounds fun I'll try not to kill anyone before I learn how to control them. Wait there's a note in the back of the book."

To my darling daughter Thena. You will not be know as the name I have given you but that will never change how much me and your father love you. We will all ways be your mother and father, we will all ways regret not being there to see you grow up we love you ever never  forget that. Love Mother.

A tear rolls down my cheek as I read. I place the note back in the book, Me and Ben spend the rest of the day in my room trying to figurer out how to use Venitai. At one point I was just stood there shaking my arms in the air with Ben laughing at me and me laughing at him.
