Chapter 5: Ladybug

Cat Noir's POV:

I have to get her out of here, we're all in danger... I.. I have to bring her to the hospital! She's bleeding, it's running down her mouth, her back, her arms, and her legs.

I finally get to the doctor, he tells me that she is very lucky to have me here with her. She's still alive, and I'm still silent.

She will need to stay here for 3 weeks to recover from the sudden akuma attack. I want to stay with her, that's what I told the doctor... from my private notebook of course.

It's bright green on the front of it. My personal one is blue, the same blue that matches my scarf.

Ladybug? I say inside my head. I lay my head down on her bed, sitting on the floor.

"She's just unconscious, she'll be okay." The doctor said.

I don't believe that. I'm a superhero that risks their life everyday to help the people of this world.

Then, I hear a strange sound that I don't recognize until the doctor says something about it.

"I know you're scared, but whimpering won't help her heal." The doctor said.

Whimpering? Is that what that sound was, it came from me? I should go home, father will be wondering where I am.

I get up to leave, kissing Ladybug's forehead as a goodbye. Then, the doctor says something to me.

"Wait! Do you have to go now?" The doctor said.

I didn't expect him to understand why I had to leave. I nodded my head and I left the hospital.

"Adrien! What were you doing at 11:00 pm?!" His father asked, he was angry that he didn't know where his son was.

I didn't answer, I just went to my room. Closing the door, I walk towards the big window and stare at the night sky.

"Well... that was... something." Plagg said, looking at Adrien's green eyes that were staring back at him.

I want her back. Wait! The akuma  villain is still wandering around Paris! I can't stay here!

"Hey, are you okay?" Plagg asked.

I turned to face Plagg, begging him to transform me into Cat Noir.

"What? Oh... Claws Out!" Plagg said, finally understanding what his owner was trying to say.

I transform, leaping out the window, I run as fast as I can to find the villain. Then, I see him... he's huge, tall and looks like a warrior.

He sees me, I run away as fast as I can. I hide behind a wall, my eyes are wide from fear. I'm starting to have a panic attack, I run towards the hospital.

I sneak into one of the hospital windows, I'm in Ladybug's room.
She starts to wake up a bit.

"Kitty, what happened?" Ladybug asked.

What do I do?! I keep panicking, I can't breathe. I need to...I need to...

"Cat Noir?!" Ladybug asked, worried and concerned about her partner.

The doctor comes in, he puts Cat Noir on Ladybug's bed as she stands up from where she was sitting.

Ladybug's POV:

The doctor comes in at tells me to get up so he can put Cat Noir in my bed. My poor kitty, what happened to you?
