It was the Fall Break time, and all the dragons had the time off from school. While some of them had returned home for the break, the majority of students had chosen to stay at the school. Considering how there were only a little over two week of left, and most of them came from very far away, it made more sense for them to stay. And even some who could have gone back still choose to stay, mostly in favor of trying to finish the last oceanload of assignments teachers had dumped on them.
