Leon finally made his way to the school and he had huffed. Damn traffic, that was the downfall to living in the city, always endless traffic and taking way too long to get to one destination. He pulled over and parked and he saw Claudio and Sergio waiting on him. Once Leon got out both of the children bolted to him and they smiled hugging him tightly.

"Mommy!" They said in unison.

Leon laughed, hugging them both. "Hey squirts~ how was school?"

"Good!" They both said.

Leon opened the back door to the car, and both boys got in and buckled themselves in. Once they were in, Leon got into the driver's side pulling off.

"Mommy?" Sergio called.

"Yes baby?"

"Do you have any female friends?"

Leon was surprised by the sudden curiosity. "Well Auntie Jill and Auntie Claire are my friends and-"

Sergio shook his head. "No, not them! They're family. I mean someone else. A woman with short black hair."

Short black hair? Leon thought and then it clicked. It couldn't be.

"Why are you asking me that?"

"Because the woman talked to me at school." Leon's eyes widened. "She said I should be careful, and that you were her friend."

Leon's hands gripped the steering wheel tightly. What the hell was she after talking to his kid? Why not just him directly?

"Se, listen to me. If that woman ever approaches you again you DO NOT talk to her! She is not a good person."

Sergio cocked his head to the side, a gene or habit rather he got from Leon. "But she-"

"No Sergio, do not talk to her. Do you understand me?"

Sergio looked down, fiddling with his fingers. Feeling as if he did something really bad that his mother did not approve of.

"Yes Mommy... I'm sorry." He said feeling bad.

Leon sighed and he looked at him through the rearview mirror. He knew Sergio didn't understand. He's just a child after all, and children are naturally welcoming; sometimes even to strangers.

"I'm not mad at you baby. I just want you safe and she is not safe to be around, okay? Not every person you meet is kind and I don't want you getting hurt."

"Okay Mama." Sergio understood.

Leon nodded, glad Sergio was honest and they got it cleared up. "Now the major question is lasagna or fried catfish for dinner?"

"Lasagna." Sergio said.

"Catfish!" Claudio yelled excitedly.

Leon laughed. "Looks like Daddy and Dominique will be the tie breaker." Leon called Chris on his phone and it was connected to the car bluetooth. After three rings Chris answered.

"Hello little dove~ What's up?"

"Hi Daddy!!" Both boys yelled and Chris laughed as did Leon.

"Hello my love's." He smiled.

"Question, for dinner, catfish or lasagna?"

Chris thought. "Ooo, good question." He hummed. "Catfish." Chris looked at Domi. "Domi, catfish or Mommy's famous lasagna?"

Domi stopped coloring with Jill for a second to answer Chris. "Fishy...!" He said holding up a red crayon high.

Leon huffed because he wanted lasagna too. "How about I just make both?"
