                                                                    CHRISTIAN POV

Last night, I had a very worse headache. I was able to sleep because Jane has been massaging my temple. When she first touched my forehead, I was shock. She gently massage me, helping me in relaxing and soothing. When I looked at her, I felt a sense of familiarity, as if I know her. She blindfold my eyes with her hand. Her palms are soft and rough. Before I close my eyes, I saw her blush face. It feels weird to feel, I felt happy to know I'm the reason she is blushing. I was about to fall asleep, when she stop massage. I pull her back to continue the massage. I slept while she massages me. I slept peacefully, even though I had an headache.

I feel someone caressing my hair. I slowly woke up. A soft pillow under my head, I stir and woke up. It's not a pillow, under my head. I look up and see Jane's flustered face looking at me. I get up and realize I lied my head on her lap at night when I was sleeping.

Jane didn't say anything got up from the bed and limps her way to washroom. I feel embarrassed being caught like this. I rub my face with my hand. What should I do? Should I ignore it? Like nothing happen at the last night. That's good. I should do it. I try to brainwash myself.

Jane comes out of washroom and get ready to go to work, pretending nothing has happen. I go to washroom, quickly took shower and got ready for the work. I came downstairs, had breakfast and drive to work.

After completing my lunch meeting, I head back to home. As I enter, I found mom sitting with her friend. Gossiping around.

The ladies were sitting and talking, when Sophie, mother of Ryan(Christian's friend)"So, Stella, how is your daughter-in-law like?"

Stella thinks for a bit, before speaking. "She is very lively girl. Hard working and passionate towards her work."

"I am not asking that, how is your relation with her?" Sophie asks.

"Great. We are moving in right direction. We are getting along well. I have already accepted her as my daughter. We are trying to know and understand each other more, day by day."

"Daughter?" Rosie says.

"Yes, Daughter. I think her as my daughter. She and Christian are equal in my eye. No more, no less. In fact, the thing that is stressing me & Brandon is the relation between Christian and Jane. They both haven't accepted their relation nor are putting efforts to develop their relation. So, it is in our hand, as elders, to help them and guide them. That's the reason why, Brandon and I, decided to let them work together in the new project." Stella says.

"That's good to hear." Sophie says "It's good for them to spend more time together." She says in a low voice almost in dejected voice

Rosie senses her and ask, "What happen Sophie?"

"Nothing. I don't know whether to say or not?" Sophie says to Rosie. Sophie Brown is sister of Rosie's husband, Tim Smith. Lucas and Ryan are cousins.

"Tell me." Rosie insists.

"Nothing...it just" Sophie hesitates, before completing her sentence "I just think, Jane look so much like Kathryn." Rosie looks at her. "I just don't know, when I saw her at the exhibition, I felt, as if, I saw Kathryn."

"How can it be possible?" Stella adds.

"Even I felt it." Rosie says, remembering something "When I first saw her, I also felt that Kathryn is standing in front of me." She sighs, "If she was alive, she would be the same age as her. Maybe, look like her."

"It'd been, what 13 or 14 year, right?" Stella questions.

"Almost 15 years.". Rosie says with sadness.

"Kathy(nickname of Kathryn) was a happy virus, always spreading happiness." Sophie says remembering her niece. "Always taking care of others. She was selfless, caring and most loving person."

"She was such a bright ball of sunshine."

"She was." Rosie says with faint smile, reminiscing the moment she spent with her niece. "Speaking of her. How is Jane? I was in shock at the dinner. Her allergy to mangoes took me by surprise."

"She's all good." Stella updates them about Jane. "In fact, her rashes are all gone."

"What a coincidence." Sophie says with surprise. "Even, Kathryn was allergy to mangoes."

"I know right. Such a big coincidence." Rosie tells.

I heard it. I heard the name I won't be able to hear again. I heard her name. Her memories rushes in my mind. The memories which I thought I have forgotten. They rush back to me. Her smiling face flashes in front of me. It's been 15 years since you left me alone. Though, I have moved on in my life. I still miss you. Hope you are peaceful up there.

I control my emotion and enter living area. Seeing me mom was surprise, "You are early?" She ask.

"I had a lunch meeting. I came directly from the lunch." I inform her. "I came back to get a file." I say and go to my room. I took the file which I forgot to bring thus morning. I left for the office again.

"Jane. Do we have any schedule left for the day?" I ask her.

"No. All clear for the day." She tells me.

I got call from Lucas. "Hello buddy." He greets.

"Hey man."

"We are going for horse riding. This weekend. Interested?" He asks.

"I'm fine." I say. I'm free for the weekend.

"Bring Jane with you." Summer tells me.

"You heard her." Lucas tells. "Bring Jane along with you. Ryan is also coming."

"Okay." I say and cut the call.

"On the weekend, boys have planned to go for horse riding. They also invited you to come." I tell her.

"Horse riding?" She repeats. "Sounds fun."

"You know how to ride horse?" I ask her, suspiciously.

"I know how to ride a horse." Jane tells with confidence. "You will be struck by my horse riding skills." She declares with so much confidence.

"We'll see." I say.

"We'll see." She accepts the challenge.
