                                                                            CHRISTIAN POV

"Jane, open this damn door." I say while banging the door. She has been inside for half an hour. The water has been running continuously. I'm worried. When I found her at the club, she was shivering. Her face was white. She cried while hugging me. She has been silent the whole ride to the hotel. Something has definitely happened during the time I lost her.

Mark and I were talking about business. I had eyed on her. I saw her dancing. Mark friends come over. He introduced me to them and have a small talk. I look at see her, but I can't. A moment ago, she was dancing in front of me, now, she's not there. Maybe she went to restroom. Great comes and join us. Jane is not with him. "Great, where's Jane?" I ask him.

"She isn't here. I thought she came here." He replies.

Damn. I lost her in the crowd. I got up and searched her in the crowd. I couldn't find her. Panic rises in my heart. What if something happen to her? All negative thoughts comes in my mind. How I can be so irresponsible? It's my responsibility to keep her safe. It's because of me she's here. But what did I do? I lost her. Nice work. I search for her. Jane, you have to be okay. Please be okay. I pray.

My prayers was answered when I found her at the exit. She looked so terrified and scared. Seeing me she launched on me and cried. I felt relief for a moment. She asked me to take her back. We left the club. As soon as we enter the room, she goes straight to bathroom. Till now, she's inside.

"Jane." I call her name and bang the door. "I'm coming in." I say and twist the knob. I open the door. The scene inside froze me. Jane is on the ground hugging her knees, water running through the shower. Her face pale.

I enter and turn off the tap. "Jane. What happen?" I squat down beside her. She look up to me. Her eyes red and filled with tears. "Jane." I say and pull out a towel from the cabinet and wrap it around her. She stares at me. "Get up." I pull her up. Her gaze not leaving me.

Something snapped inside her, "Leave me, stay away from me." She shouts. Taking me by shock. I took a step away from her. Her teary gaze still on me. She's scared.

Something is definitely wrong. "Jane. What happened at the club?" I asked directly. Something must have happened making her so terrified. "Jane. What happen?" I ask again.

"Chrriiii..ssss...." She stammers, "Christian. I..... I" She breaks down. Tears falls from her eyes.

I got tense, "Jane, what's wrong?" I ask with concern. "Jane."

She stumbles on the ground and cry heavily. Her breathing heavy. She trembles in fear.

I squat beside her, take her in my embrace. My hand stroke her hair, other hand rubs her back. Soothing her. While she continue to cry. I don't stop her, let her cry. It'll make her feel better. "Let it out." I say her, "You'll feel better." She cry, cry and cry.

She stopped crying after a while. I pull her on her feet. Her steps fumbles. I pick her up in my arms and bring her out, makes her sit on the sofa. I bring a glass of water for her, "Drink." She shock her head in no. "Drink." I repeat. Bring the glass to her lips. I make her drink the water. She takes few sips of the water. I keep the glass on the table.

"Now, tell me what happen." I ask softly.

"Christian. I'm scared. I'm so sorry." Saying, her eyes wells up with tears.

"Just tell me what happen." I say and wipe her tear which fall from her eyes. "It's okay. Tell me."

She takes a deep breath. She slowly start to speak,  "As I was dancing, I was pulled inside the crowd," She pauses. "I realized I was lost. Out of nowhere, someone grabbed my waist." Hearing this, I got aggrieved. "I distance myself away from him and wanted to find you." A tear falls from her eyes. I wipe it away as I cup her face, caressing her cheeks. "He didn't stop and pulled me towards him and tried to behave inappropriately." My hand turns into fist. "I kicked him and ran away. But, I didn't saw you. So I tried to search for you. While searching, I got bump into that guy again." This got me irked. Who the hell is that guy? Let him come in front of me. I'll punch the shit out of him. "As he was very drunk. He tried to pulled me inside a room." My blood boils. How dare he? My jaw stiff. I grit my teeth. Jane starts to cry.

"Then what happen?" I ask.

Tears start to fall, "He drag me inside the room but I held the door frame. I even yell no one came to help me. He was dragging me inside but I tightly held the frame. He was still dragging, with all my strength I kick him and ran away. I ran to the exit when I found you." She completes.

My nostrils fumes in anger. I shiver in anger. "Did you see his face? Do you know him?" I ask. Let me know I gonna beat the shit out of him.

"I didn't see him. It was dark inside." She says, crying again. "Please forget about it. Nothing happened like that."

"Did he do something which shouldn't be done?" I ask. I know it's a stupid question to ask. But I want to know to file complain against him to local cop. I want leave that bastard.

"No Christian. Nothing like that happen." She says in tears. "He just grabbed my hand. Trust me."

I got up and slid back my hair. I fumes in anger. Seeing me in rage, Jane wails her eyes out. Hearing her sob, I hug her. Though I'm angry, I can't see her cry. We stay like this. I break away from the hug and wipe her tears. "Get change." I say.

"Christian. I'm sorry." She says, almost whisper.

"Hey. It's not your fault." I sigh and tell her. "Did you not remember anything about him?"

"No. I really didn't saw anything. It was so dark that I can't even see his face." She tells slowly.

"We can't even call cops against him." I sigh. "If you had remember something, we could've filed complain against him."

"It's not a local person. He was from another country." She inform. "Plus, he was so drunk." She pauses, "Let's not drag about it. Please."

"Get change." I tell her. She looks at me for a minute before heading to bathroom. She comes out after changing. "Go sleep." I go to change.

When I come out, I find Jane standing near the window. I walk to her. Her back look sad. I place my hand on her waist. Taking her by surprise. Her muscles stiffens. "Relax. It's me." I tell her. She relax, after few second. "Why aren't you sleeping?" I ask.

"I can't sleep." She sounds sad.

"You've to sleep." I tell her softly. It's not the time to get angry. Right now, she needs my comfort, support and understanding. Right now, she needs me to comfort her. "Let sleep." I say, walk her to bed, make her lie down on the bed, cover her with the blanket. "Relax." I say her and go to the opposite side of the bed. Lie down and cover myself in the blanket.

We both couldn't sleep. I keep staring at the ceiling. From my peripheral view, I could see Jane doing the same. I close my eyes. After a few minute, I sense Jane getting up from the bed. She walks tiptoe. I open my eyes to see her. She rambles in her luggage and come back. She brought a medicine bottle and glass of water with her. She takes the medicine and lie down on bed. What medicine is she taking? She stirs a bit and fell asleep.

I got up and check on her. She fell asleep. I grab the medicine bottle and clicked the photo of it. I will send it to Lucas to ask what the use of this medicine. I place the bottle on the table and lie back on bed. I stir and slept.
