The unexpected incident involved the attack and kidnapping of a 1A student in a classified location that no one was aware of or had disclosed to the media. We've shown them that we're not afraid of their attacks or their rumored return, but Gazer's reappearance and influence on these recent attacks are truly remarkable.

I was left to speculate over his group's simultaneous assault and our upcoming operation on their presumed base of operations, an abandoned bar in Kamino City.

A tracking device manufactured by Momo Yaoyorozu was also presented to us.

She told us that before the league could flee with Bakugo, she quickly implanted a tracking device on one of the Nomu who took part in the assault.

Before I was left to reflect on the recent incident, I was given a letter that contained an invitation to a bar located directly across the street from the presumed factory's warehouse.

To avoid being ambushed by any villains in this location, I'll need to request an escort. Hawks is the only hero who is not currently involved in the operation.

Hawk arrived at my office at my request, and we discussed what he needed to do.

"So you needed an escort, or better yet, a bodyguard, after receiving an anonymous invitation from someone to a bar right next to the Nomu factory?"

"In summary, definitely. Given that the venue is oddly in Kamino and close to the factory, I assume a villain sent the invitation, and you are the only one available."

Hawks groaned, agreed to my request, and took off straight for the bar, carrying me with him.

The guards stopped me as soon as I arrived and asked why Hawk was there. I said that Hawks was just acting as my guard because I am left vulnerable to attacks.

Since my response made sense, they led us to the location where our host had been waiting for us ever since our arrival.

The guards lead us out onto the balcony, where a man in a suit is facing the outside scenery. It appears that nothing threatened Hawks, who was alert for any ambush.

Our host finally turned around, facing us.

"Hello Nezu, I hope I made a good enough impression to make you feel at ease."

The individual who forwarded the letter to me was

Gazer himself.

Hawk was shocked by his appearance. The man who defeated the No. 2 hero was directly in front of him, as Hawks was about to attack.

"I would advise you not to make a scene because I am not here to hurt anyone; this is just a friendly gesture to someone who I consider to be an intellectual rival."

"There is nothing to threaten or compel you to stay; I am just inviting you to play a game of chess. Please take a seat."

Hawks was standing on his guard behind me as I sat down.

I peered at the drinks that were handed to us by the guard as he approached: an Earl Grey tea cup and a Martini.

"It's just regular tea, so you don't need to worry about any poison in the beverage."

We started our match as soon as I took a sip of the richly flavorful tea, which also helped to calm my anxiety. This also included Gazor's continued lack of fear or concern despite the sound of the Nomu factory team being able to destroy the facility.

My attention was quickly drawn to a massive explosion and shockwave when I noticed a figure standing in the debris of what appeared to be the factory's remnants, with fallen heroes in front of him.
