I was thinking about how I could make sure we could win this war as I was leaving to meet with Nine at an undisclosed location to brief him on his task. War will require sacrifice, and I know one thing: I am way ahead of the curve.
Since I attempted to look backward in terms of evolution and realized that society was unable to look forward and was instead stuck in the past, I was called a villain. Nevertheless, I will have to force society to look forward by eliminating the primary cause of the problem, which is the heroes itself.
The primary issue was the HSPC; after my attack on their headquarters several years ago, I had hoped that this would serve as a wake-up call, but security had not improved and heroes were just being added to the mix to pass for additional protection.
Nine and his partners welcomed me to the meeting and explained his plan to steal the child's quirk, which could be useful since the use of quirk and the stacks of quirk he has in his cells are slowly killing him.
His theory made sense given that the siblings "were" on an island with students who were thought to be weak, but I am aware that the brats of UA are a class of strong individuals with unique skills, intelligence, and types.
After a successful meeting, I headed back to the compound to get ready to leave for Nabu Island and concentrate on my primary objective when I was ambushed by the recently promoted Mirko and Best Jeanist, who were in the top 10.
"I assume that someone who saw me here—a camera, a civilian, or someone else—reported to the police, who then sent their top 10 to test me." I was coolly assessing the circumstances surrounding the primary means by which my meeting with Nine was found.
"Gazer, you can give up now, or we can just fight because I really want to fight you after learning how you beat Endeavor without using any of your energy!" The rabbit hero, whom I presume was a fight addict, was getting pumped.
"In the name of the law, give yourself up now for the crimes you have committed." As Best Jeanist was preparing for a fight,.
"You better prove to yourself that you are who they all claim to be, or I'll take you down!" In typical fashion for a hero who recently rose to prominence in order to "fight" lawfully, the rabbit hero charged into the battle.
The fight proceeded differently than I had expected, and since she is most likely half rabbit, she may be related to the species that is known for its powerful leaps and kicks, as she demonstrated by kicking and smashing my shield and a wall, avoiding my beams, and being able to take hits from me.
When I simply touched the cloth and destroyed it with my Overhaul Quirk, Best Jeanist, who was using cloth and his move known as Blackout Bind to knock me out, started to pull away from me in shock.
"I think I undervalued them both; I suppose it's time to demonstrate my qualifications to you." As I attack them with my Overhaul quirk, which involves surrounding and standing motionless to create pillars, they are forced to flee to a safe distance.
The rabbit did as I had predicted—she would smash the pillars and charge at me—but I was able to deflect her kicks, we traded blows, and she was getting faster. This took me off guard and made me completely go on the defensive.
I couldn't figure out how she was getting faster until a figure of a hawk appeared, using his range attack move to attack me with his feathers. I sent spikes after them, destroying the feathers, so that his feathers could not strike me while I was preoccupied with the rabbit.
"ENOUGH!" As I surprised the heroes with a strong shockwave and spikes, I was able to scan them and copy their quirk.
"ULTIMATUM METEOR!" When I gather energy and launch sphere-shaped energy, the heroes manage to avoid the attack but are struck by the debris of buildings that were destroyed by my attack.
While Mirko and Hawks remained upright, Best Jeanist, who was rescuing civilians from falling debris, was unconscious. As I finally decided to attack, I caught them off guard by aiming for Hawks while they were both busy formulating a plan.
By mixing Fierce Wing and Overhaul, I created my own wings using the debris of my surroundings, creating a black wing with spikes and sending it towards them, forcing them to take cover.
I power up my final move and mix it with my fusion quirk in an attempt to finally finish this and return to get ready for the operation. "Ultimatum: Fierce Overhauled Extinction!" Hawks was rendered unconscious by the damage I caused with my attack, but Mirko remained conscious and wanted to carry on the battle.
She was calling me names and yelling for me to return as I simply left the scene, but I chose to ignore her because it was a waste of time and energy.
The members noticed me when I came back to the compound because they couldn't believe I had defeated three of the top ten heroes. I would not call that a victory, as I was merely caught off guard and figured that it was a normal meet and leave.
The battle only made one thing clear to me: I was unprepared for it because I was unaccustomed to the new features and quirks, including taking on an opponent like her. She was a fighter for the sole purpose of fighting, but I am a strategist who plans out my fight to allow me to analyze my opponent and prepare a counterattack.
My recent successes have been attributed to my readiness for them. I now feel that I should be ready for any eventuality, including betrayal, coup, and even espionage. Thus, I will have to train and get used to my new armor-learning moves that will come in handy in any circumstance until I leave and eventually meet Nine at Nabu Island.
Authors Note: Hi guys so Dread here so I'm just gonna inform you guys that I won't be updating as usual as I have some personal issue back home. Also, I was planning a new project after finishing Season 3. Something related to creating a hero story which I may kinda hesitated at first but I continued writing and figured that it might be a good one.
