[EP 43] Pt 2: Gemini's curiosity

Gemini tapped the table impatiently. Fourth shook his head while drinking his coffee. There's no talking sense to Gemini when he is in this mood. First and Khaotung strolled into the bistro.

"Naa (Uncle)! Phi First!" Gemini shouted trying to get their attention. Fourth gave Gemini a warning look when he wanted to dive straight in. Gemini gave a look of frustration while First and Khaotung ordered their food.

"You hardly ask us out, so what's this about?" Khaotung asked suspiciously when their food arrived.

"There's something that only you and Phi First can help us with." Khaotung raised his eye brow.

"Lao dee (do tell)" As he dug into his food.

"We had a case with Tangsakyuen Industries. We got to know that a Phuwin Tangsakyuen and a Joong Archen Aydin used to work at Zeon. Do you know them?" Gemini showed Khaotung and First a picture of them for reference.

"Aaa, yea, we've seen them before. They're always with that junior...Cheeu alai (what's his name), First?"

"Can't really remember at the moment. He quit some time back. Why are you asking?" First was curious.

"Junior? As in this person was an IT specialist at your company. Why did he quit?" Gemini was excited. Maybe that's Phi Dao, if only they could remember his name. Both Khaotung and First sighed while shaking their head at Gemini's question.

"Poor guy was so traumatized after a work trip. That Top was a real bastard for assaulting him, wasn't it? We should have followed Phuwin and Joong to quit on site. But Phi Jimmy did get him fired down the line for selling information to a competitor. Serves him right." It felt like a gold mine of information to Gemini.

"Can you tell me more about this work trip?"

"It was on the news. He was a victim in that syndicate... I can't remember the name exactly but there was a moon in it." Gemini and Fourth looked towards each other as it dawned on them- Phi Dao is Leow Dtae Dao?!

"Naa... you really don't remember his name?" Gemini pleaded. Khaotung looked towards First.

"He was like a brother to you. You surely remember his name."

"I'm sleep deprived. The name isn't coming to me." First said as he drank his coffee.

"Was his nickname Dao?" Fourth tried.

"Not Dao but it definitely started with a D... D..." suddenly they heard a loud screech coming off the sound system in the bistro. They flinched.

"Siiang dunk niia (So loud)! Ooh, ooh, cham dai leow (I remember), Dunk! Dunk Natachai." First said. Gemini grinned at that.
