This place is even more horrible than I thought. Those were his thoughts at the view of Chernobog that lies ahead of him that he has reached after spending all his time walking and taking no breaks to make sure he arrives at the city as fast as possible.

He walked around the thrashed street with his face mostly masked by his hood. Horrible timing for the rain to come pouring down.

"Hey, watch it." He accidentally bumped into a man who snarled at him angrily.

"Sorry sorry. I wasn't looking where I was going."

"Ngh..." The man grumbled gibberish as he put his hands in his pockets and walked away.

The first thing that happens and I bump into someone. How unlucky. He thought as he observed the surroundings. He can already tell why this place is considered a hell hole. He looked toward the corner where he saw a trashcan bonfire with a few Ursus civilians wearing nothing but rags.

The area here reminded him of his old home before he set out on his journey. The streets were cradled with civilians all of whom looked just as sick as the other. Paleness across some of their faces and others drinking themselves to death slowly. It's disheartening. This area, the slums most likely is where these people can only stay without being berated.

"Hello there." He told the group of civilians that he had seen at the corner as he walked over to them. Most of them didn't pay any attention to him, either they didn't care or they didn't want to be bothered by some random boy. Actually...only one person looked at me. A small smile was on his face but he found himself feeling sad at the man's state. His ear was chipped, a part of it missing. A wide scar that is slightly above his eye runs down to his cheek. Immediately taking notice of the man's left eye which left him to know he was blind from one eye. He also had crystals formed around his forearm.

That is something he took notice of when looking at everyone else who was there. They're all infected.

"Something we can do for you?" The man asked with a deep voice, tiredness was expressed in both his face and his voice.

"I'm relatively new here. This is my first time in the city." He told the man. "I was wondering if you know any buildings that may be for sale. Specifically, a health institution that may not be used."

"In this shit hole?" The man huffed as he stared. "Poor choice of place really. Chernobog is far from a great place. Of course, that is only if you're not infected. Fucking assholes...may every one of them rot." He spat out with envy.

Taking a closer look at the man. He took notice of his leg which was bandaged up dirtily. Without a word, he crouched down to the man's level who was resting against the wall of the building. The man turned to look at him as he watched him inspect his leg. The other civilians stared at him due to his sudden action.

"Hey, what the hell are you doing—"

"What happened to your leg? How long has it been since your injury?"

"Piss off." The man said angrily. This stranger whom he has never met asks him about where he can buy property and then out of the blue he inspects his leg and asks him questions. "Hey!"

F/N ignored the man's cry which caused a few to look over at them. Many didn't bother to wonder what happened. It's common for fights to break out, whether it be arguments or physical. He grabbed the man by his head as the others nearby watched as he inspected him.

"That won't do. Your eye also has irreversible damage. You received a penetrating eye injury. Depending on the damage left by having your eye cut, there can still be a way to cure the blindness but for you it's impossible—"
