it was dark outside as laughter resonated from the inside of the rundown dorm, the lights were switched on. the sounds from the inside gave off a warm and happy atmosphere.── ⋅ ⋅ ── ꨄ︎ ── ⋅ ⋅ ──
“Did Crowley actually burst into tears so suddenly?” benjamin's (the stout ghost) mouth hang agape in shock as the other two ghosts behind him chuckled loudly. ben shook his head in faux disappointment, “Who in the name of the Great Seven would just suddenly just burst into tears outta nowhere? A grown man too at that.”
behind ben, floated the other two, louise (the skinny ghost) and edward, the more normal sized between the three, started to fake cry, face expression seemingly melodramatic as he tried to portray crowley's actions based on what [y/n] had told them.
“Wuhuhu... My students are finally getting along! Such a wonderful news this is!” cried edward, hands reaching up to wipe away the invisible tears flowing out of his eyes. the other two ghosts snickered at this.
[y/n] chuckled at this display, the corner of her lovely eyes crinkled from smiling. it had been at least an hour after their quest to the dwarves mine and grim wanted to sleep early, exhausted from their escapade he had gone up upstairs to rest, leaving the girl and the three ghosts to talk in the lounge.
their conversation was cut off by a sudden knock at the door. “Oh? A visitor?”
[y/n] stood up and walked down the hallway leading to the door, with the ghosts patiently waiting for her return. once she reached the door she twisted the doorknob and was met with a sight of a man with black and white hair.
His hair was parted and both sides were two different colors. On the left, where the hair was longer, was white and the right part had the color black. He donned a thick, black-and-white furry coat over a tuxedo and under that is a black dress shirt, red tie and a black-and-white vest. he reminds her of a certain dog lover with the way he looks.
the man's frowning lips changed into a polite smile once the girl came into view. grey narrowed eyes carefully studied the female in front of him. despite the fact that he wore an irritated expression before she opened the door, [y/n] felt that the obvious aggravation lingering on him before was not because because of her.
“Good evening, how may I help you ?” politely asked the girl. to her surprise, the man held up a huge paper bag and a cellophane filled with to-be-cooked food and pushed it to her direction. she slowly took them in her own hands, setting the heavy paper bag down on the floor before she eyed the man with curiosity.
“Thank you..” her voice trailed off as she patiently waited for the man to tell her his name. “Divus Crewel.” replied the man. he gestured to the paper bag she had set down on the floor, “The paper bag consists your uniforms and other clothes which you shall be using.” she nodded her head and made a small bow to him. “Thank you, Mr.Crewel.”
