WINTERFELL-PAST

Young Ned and Young Hanir are sparring in the courtyard as Benjen is watching. Bran and the Three Eyed Raven is watching from above on the balcony. Young Hanir knocks Young Ned to the ground.

Young Hanir: Keep your shield up or I'll knock you upside that big head of yours.

Young Hanir helps Young Ned to his feet.

Bran: That's my father. That's Hanir. My Uncle Benjen.

Three Eyed Raven: Hanir has just lost his father so your family took him and gave him a home.

Bran: Hanir never mentioned his father. From what I know, he went Beyond the Wall and just disappeared.

Young Ned and Young Hanir begins sparring again

Bran: They were all so happy.

Three Eyed Raven: So were you once.

A Young Lyanna rides into the courtyard, Hanir stops and looks at her allowing Ned to smack him upside the head with his shield.

Young Ned: Stop staring at my sister

Lyanna rides in circles around Ned and Hanir. Hanir follows her with a loving look in his eyes.

Bran: My Aunt Lyanna. I've seen her statue in the crypt. My father or Hanir never talked about her. Sometimes I'd find Hanir down in the crypt crying

Young Lyanna is helped off her horse by Young Hodor. Bran walks closer. Young Hanir slowly approaches Lyanna clearly nervous.

Hanir: Who are you gonna spar with when I head off to the Eyrie?

Lyanna: I don't know. You're going to miss me, Hanir Gaston

Young Hanir ducks his head blushing slightly. Bran smiles having never seen Hanir nervous. Three Eyed Raven walks up to Bran's side

Bran: Hanir's nervous. I've never seen him nervous before

Three Eyed Raven: Because he was in love with your Aunt Lyanna

Bran: W-what? I never knew that

Three Eye Raven: Everyone knew. It wasn't a well guarded secret.

Lyanna: Would you spar with me, Hanir?

Hanir: Do you have training, my lady?

Lyanna: You're going to miss me, Hanir Gaston when I am gone.

She leans up and kisses him on the cheek and walks away. Hanir watches her go smiling fondly

Young Ned: Stop eyeing my sister

Young Hanir: Ah sod off, cunt.

Three Eye Raven: It's time to go

Bran: Please, a little longer.

The Three Eyed Raven places his hand on his shoulder and the vision ends.

CASTLE BLACK

Thorne's men are pointing crossbows at the door Jorah and everyone else are in. Inside the room, Alden's body remains on the table.

Thorne: It's time, Ser Davos, Jorah. Open the door and the men inside can rejoin their brothers in peace. Nobody needs to die tonight.

Davos: I've never much of a fighter.

Jorah walks over to Longclaw and picks it up.

Jorah: I've always been a stubborn bastard.

He unsheathes Longclaw. The faithfuls and Davos follow suit, drawing their own blades. Thorne turns to address a Night's Watchman.
