"You called for us?" Steve announced, entering the meeting room.
"So assertive of you, Rogers," Tony snapped.
Natasha rolled her eyes and spoke, "Tony, what do you need us for? And I want a real answer."
The Avengers sat down at their respective seats around the meeting table as Tony said, "Okay Super Secret Boy Band, get ready. Could you not roll your eyes at me Legolas? I'm assuming you all know what The Raft is."
The Avengers all gave small nods.
"What does this have to do with the Raft? There is no one we should be going there for. And last I checked the Raft was managing fine and contained no prisoners," Steve Rogers said.
"If you'd let me finish, I would have answered all of those questions for you," Iron Man bit back. "The Raft appears to have been infiltrated by HYDRA."
"Shit," Captain America muttered as the other Avengers exchanged worried glances.
"The Raft has remained closed off and near-empty for the past three years. Or so we've been told. That is, until now. I found out that The Raft contains one prisoner. Andie Harris. Does that name mean anything to you?"
Each Avenger shook their head, all except Wanda.
"Wanda?" Natasha questioned.
Wanda swallowed, staring at her tightly closed fists. "That name, Andie Harris-'' Wanda looked up at the group. "They mentioned her a few times when HYDRA messed with me... and Pietro. Said she was too powerful. That they couldn't risk her losing control somewhere with so many people, I didn't know much about her. Only that she was powerful. And feared."
"Thank you for that very helpful information, Wanda," Tony Stark said. "Anyone else? No? Okay. It appears The Raft contains a powerful Miss Harris. And that she is their new experiment."
"Well, I'll be damned, another one?" Thor said abruptly.
"I am assuming this is our next mission," Vision announced, shooting what appeared to be a glare in Thor's direction.
"You would be correct. Now can I please finish explaining?" Tony said bitterly.
"By all means," Steve said. "Elaportate how we are going to do this."
Natasha, Steve, Wanda, Vision, Thor, Sam, and Clint listened closely as Tony Stark explained the mission in greater detail.
"Who's going?" Black Widow asked as Tony finished explaining the rest of the mission.
Tony cleared his throat. "Nat, Capsical, Legolas, Rhodey, and I. Sorry Wanda but you're a powerhouse and we can't risk this going out of control. We stay in the shadows, grab the girl and run."
"I understand. I guess I'll wait here with Vision until you all get back," Wanda said solemnly, looking at her hands.
Thor huffed and began to argue but stopped when Natasha put up her hand. "Fine," he bitterly huffed.
