The day of the sports festival arrives, and my nerves are through the roof. But I was more upset that I couldn't participate because of what happened at the USJ. I still hope the best for Sero and my other classmates.
I take my seat in the stands, next to the rest of my classmates. I wanted to be as much of a part of this as possible. I was told about games as an extra opportunity; I will participate in those games with the other students in my grade.
I watch my fellow students compete in games I am unable to participate in. They all race around the outside of the stadium. Midoriya ended up winning the race with the explosion kid and the half and half dude. Everyone ended up crossing, but the first 40 or so moved on to the next challenge.
The next challenge was a cavalry battle where every team of four battled each other for points, which are written on white headbands. I watched each of them compete with each other. My boyfriend and our friends are all on one team, Kirishima in the front, Bakugou as the rider and Sero and Mina in the back.
They fight vigorously and valiantly, and end up placing 2nd to Todoroki's team; who had the most points. After that they have a small break for everyone to rest and get some food. I leave my seat and grab some food from one of the several stands outside the arena.
I catch Sero outside the arena, sweat dripping down his face. *in spanish* "Hey, how do ya feel about the next game?" I asked as he wiped his forehead with his wrist.
*in spanish* "I feel confident in myself." He lightly kisses my forehead.
I smile, *in spanish* "That's good! You're doing great so far."
*in spanish* "Thank you, butterfly. I hope I can place in the finals." He smiles, and opens his water bottle, taking a sip.

When the festival was over, Sero ended up not placing in the final bracket, but I am still so proud of him for how far he got.
*in spanish* "damn it, I didn't get as far as I wanted to. Hopefully I still get plenty of agencies wanting me."
*in spanish* "At least the heroes saw you in action. I was forced to sit on the sidelines because of my injuries from the USJ. Maybe I'll intern at one of the teachers' agencies." I respond with. *in spanish* "I'm still proud of you, you made it so far."
*in spanish* "Thank you, my butterfly. You can intern at whatever agency I work at, I don't mind explaining the situation and I'm sure whoever it is will understand."
I smile and give him a hug and a kiss on his cheek.
He quickly returns my kiss, but on my lips instead.
