*in spanish* "I love this!" I say as I pick up a fluffy white cat with black spots. Sero smiled and picked up a tan cat with white and black spots.
*in spanish* "I'm glad! I always wanted to come here. I'm happy that the first time I'm here, you're here with me." We both giggle, and I feel my cheeks going pink again. Like in the cramped hallway.
*in spanish* "Same here," I put the cat in my lap, and stroked it's back. It stays there, enjoying the attention it's getting.
*in spanish* "You know, you haven't shown me your quirk yet. Can you show me how it works?" Sero asks, probably trying to make some conversation.
I nod and clear my throat. I take a deep breath and focus on the different noises around me. I pick out the car horn from down the street. I look back to Sero, and open my mouth. The noise comes out flawlessly, almost like the real thing.
*in spanish* "That's so cool! I bet Midoriya will have a bunch of questions when he finds out." Sero looked down and pet the cat that perched in his lap.
*in spanish* "How about we make it a game? How long until Midoriya asks me about my quirk. And how many questions he'll ask about my quirk," I suggest. Sero agrees with me, and we shake on it. Both of us giggle again.
The rest of the time at the cafe was very nice. We both talked and enjoyed some food along with time with the adorable kitties. Afterwards, he took me on a walk in the park.
*in spanish* "Where are we going?" I ask as he leads me closer to some trees. He doesn't answer, as he continues to lead me away from where most people are.
When we get far enough, he stops. He turns to face me, *in spanish* "May I?" I wasn't sure, so out of pure curiosity I nodded my head. He came closer, his face gaining a slight pink hue. He got about a few centimeters from my face. He paused there for a moment. He pushes his lips onto mine. It surprises me for only a moment. His lips were soft on mine. I felt his hands reach for my hips. And, as if on instinct, my arms reached up to wrap around his neck. Our kiss only lasted a moment.
Not long enough. When he pulled away, I suddenly felt cold. Without the heat of his lips on mine. *in spanish* "W-wow. I...was not expecting that." Was all I could say. It was hard to find the words.
*in spanish* "Me neither. It was very nice though." Sero responded. I'm not sure about him, but I felt a stronger connection than before. We walked the rest of the way in the park while he kept an arm over my shoulders.
When we got home, I turned to him and said, *in spanish* "I had fun tonight. We should do this again sometime." He nods his head in agreement. He leans in and plants one more kiss on my forehead. I smile and bid him goodbye for the time being.
I walk in the door to find my 'family' crowding the door. *in english* "What's going on here?" I look at Present Mic. He just shrugs his shoulders, and I can't really ask anyone else since they won't understand me. I try to push through to get to my room. I point to my clothes as a way of saying 'I'm gonna go change'.
