Unexpected Encounters: Dipper's Valentine Surprise

It is Valentine's Day in Gravity Falls, and Dipper Pines has developed feelings for Wendy. In an attempt to express his affection, he purchases flowers for her. His plan is to ask her for a walk after their shift and present the flowers to her. However, his efforts are interrupted when Robbie, Wendy's boyfriend, arrives at the shack. Wendy insists on using the washroom and then Robbie threatens to reveal Dipper's crush to Wendy if he doesn't stay away from her. Disheartened, Dipper agrees to cover Wendy's shift when she asks him to, while she goes out with Robbie. After Soos offers to take over for Dipper, he retreats to the forest and begins to cry. Suddenly, Bill Cipher appears and Dipper questions why he is there, telling him to leave. Bill starts probing if Dipper is crying over Wendy, but Dipper dismisses it as none of his business. Bill makes remarks about not crying over something trivial and transforms into a human. Dipper momentarily stops crying and looks up to see a boy slightly older and taller than him, with tan skin, blonde/yellow hair, yellow cat eyes, an eye patch, wearing a gold yellow suit, and a floating top hat. The boy is holding flowers and a teddy bear. Dipper blushes and stands up, asking how Bill became human. Bill responds that it's a complicated explanation and hands Dipper the flowers and teddy bear, calling him "cutie." Dipper begins to question what is happening with Bill today, but before he can finish, Bill quickly kisses him and says they'll see each other later in Dipper's dreams. Dipper is left bewildered, wondering what just occurred, while blushing intensely.
