After Wendy's breakup with Robbie, Dipper noticed a change in his friend. Robbie seemed lost, adrift without his usual bravado to shield him from the world. So when Dipper saw Wendy storm off after he suggested going bowling, he knew he had to do something.

"Wait, Wendy, I didn't mean it like that!" Dipper called after her, but Wendy's retreating figure didn't stop.

Feeling a pang of guilt, Dipper turned back to Robbie. "Hey, um, do you wanna go bowling with me instead?"

Robbie hesitated, surprised by the offer. "Uh, sure, why not? I mean, what's there to lose anymore?" he replied, shrugging.

And so, Dipper and Robbie found themselves at the bowling alley, the atmosphere between them awkward and tense at first. But as they started to bowl, the tension melted away, replaced by laughter and camaraderie.

At first, it was just small jokes and teasing remarks, but as the game progressed, their laughter grew louder and more genuine. Dipper jumped up and down, cheering when he got a strike, while Robbie playfully accused him of cheating.

"You're cheating!" Dipper exclaimed, pointing an accusing finger at Robbie.

Robbie laughed, scooping Dipper up in a mock-argument. "Nuh uh, you're just a sore loser!"

Their banter continued as they played, the weight of their previous awkwardness lifting with each frame. And by the end of the game, they were both laughing so hard that tears streamed down their faces.

As they left the bowling alley, Dipper couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude towards Robbie. Despite their rocky history, Robbie had been there for him when he needed it most, and for that, Dipper was grateful.

"Thanks for coming with me, Robbie," Dipper said, smiling at his friend.

Robbie grinned back, slinging an arm around Dipper's shoulder. "Hey, no problem, dude. Anytime you need someone to beat you at bowling, I'm your guy."

And as they walked off into the night, Dipper knew that no matter what happened in the future, he had found a true friend in Robbie Valentino.
