Rudransh goes to Raivati's room and finds her there. She immediately gets up and tells him that she wasn't expecting him to come there so early. Raivati gets him a glass of water, which Rudransh takes and drinks before putting it down. He then sits in the chair and asks Raivati to come sit in front of him.
Raivati sits down and says, "This is probably the first time you've come into my room without me having to ask you." Rudransh just chuckles, and Raivati smiles.
Rudransh tells Raivati, "You know from the start that I've never been very fond of marriage." Raivati takes a deep breath, scared of where this conversation is going. She knows that Rudransh has feelings for Sundari, but she is scared of him confessing them in front of her.
Rudransh then tells her, "Raivati, I cannot marry you." Raivati feels her heart stop for a second, then takes a deep breath and nods.
Rudransh then continues, "You're also a great friend to me, Raivati. We've known each other since we were young, but I cannot continue this fake relationship, and I believe you already know this." Raivati nods again as she feels her eyes welling up with tears.
Rudransh takes a deep breath and says, "Raivati, you don't have to leave the Kingdom. You can stay here for as long as you want, and I'll make sure no one questions you being here. But I cannot marry you."
Raivati then tells him, "Thank you, Rudransh, but how are you going to convince your dad to not get us married? You know he's dead set on you getting married."
Rudransh then laughs and tells Raivati, "I need your help. We just need to switch you with Sundari on the wedding day. I need your help doing that."
Raivati nods and says, "I'll help you." She thinks to herself, 'I can't believe this is happening. I knew it was coming, but it still hurts so much.' She hesitates for a moment, then says, "I think you should leave now, Rudransh. I need to bathe."
Rudransh nods and quickly leaves, leaving Raivati alone to confront her own emotions. She feels the tears pouring down her face, and she tries to hold them back, but they keep coming.
After Rudransh leaves Raivati's room, Raivati feels her emotions rushing to the surface. She knew that this conversation was coming, but the pain of it still felt fresh and raw. She tries to hold back the tears, but they keep coming, leaving her feeling broken and empty.
Raivati tries to comfort herself, saying, "It's for the best. Rudransh was never really mine to begin with, and it's better to know now than to live a lie for the rest of my life."
Raivati looks at herself in the mirror, her eyes red and swollen from crying. She tries to comfort herself, saying, "I saw this coming. I knew deep down that we were never meant to be together. I need to be strong and move on, for my sake."
She takes a deep breath and splashes her face with water, trying to wash away the tears and the pain. She tells herself that she can't let this setback define her, that she needs to focus on her own future and her own happiness.
As she sits on her bed, she thinks back to all the moments she had shared with Rudransh, all the laughter and conversations that they had shared. She remembers all the times they had spent together as children, running through the palace gardens, and how she had always felt that they were meant to be together.
But deep down, she knew that those feelings were one-sided. Rudransh's heart was already with someone else, someone who he was deeply in love with. Raivati knew that she couldn't change that, and that she needed to accept his decision and move on.
She uses the memories of her past experiences to help her gain the strength to let go of Rudransh. Raivati knows that the path ahead of her will be difficult, but she is determined to work on herself and to become the best version of herself that she can be.
