Rudransh carried Sundari back to the room, making sure to avoid any unnecessary eye contact with her. He gently placed her on a chair and motioned to the maids to bring in food. Sundari sat there with her hands tightly folded over her chest, trying to look as angry as she could. Rudransh could sense the tension brewing inside her.

As the maids brought in multiple plates of food and placed them on the table, Sundari's eyes darted towards the food in front of her. Her anger slowly dissipated as she realized that all the food in front of her was her favorite. She unfolded her hands and tried to ignore Rudransh as she quickly dug into the food.

Rudransh could barely contain his laughter as he watched Sundari eating happily, as if nothing had happened a few minutes ago. He tried to keep things light by offering her some new dishes to try.

"Here, try this," he said, pointing to a plate of steaming hot food. "It's one of my favorites."

Sundari took a bite of the food and her face lit up with delight. "This is amazing," she said, a hint of surprise in her voice. Rudransh smiled, pleased to see her enjoying the food.

But despite the pleasant atmosphere, Rudransh couldn't shake off the unease he felt inside. He knew he had upset Sundari, and he hated the fact that he had been the one to cause her discomfort. Guilt washed over him as he watched her eat.

After a few minutes of silence, Rudransh gathered the courage to speak. "Sundari, I'm sorry for what happened between us," he said, his voice laced with sincerity. "I shouldn't have said those things or done that..."

Sundari paused, her hand halfway to her mouth. She looked up at Rudransh, her eyes narrowed in suspicion. "Oh, so your sorry now?" she asked, her voice cold.

Rudransh sighed. "I was just frustrated," he said, his eyes glued to his hands. "Things just... I'm sorry, i have no excuse."

Sundari looked at him for a few seconds, trying to gauge the honesty in his words. She could see the sincerity in his eyes and knew that he wasn't lying.

"It's okay," she said, her voice softening but stiff. "But you better not touch me again!"

Rudransh looked up at Sundari with a grateful smile. He felt a weight lift off his shoulders, knowing that Sundari had forgiven him.

"Thank you, Sundari," he said, his voice laced with relief. "I promise I'll never hurt you like that again."

Sundari nodded back at him, a hint of playfulness creeping into her voice. "You better not," she said, wagging a finger at him. "Or else you'll regret it."

Rudransh chuckled, relieved that the tension between them had been lifted. "I won't," he promised. "I'll do everything in my power to make you happy," he mumbled.

Rudransh looked at Sundari sitting next to him, trying to find something to talk about. But he could see that she wasn't too interested in having a conversation with him.

"Is everything okay, Sundari?" he asked, hoping to break the silence.

Sundari gave him a small smile and nodded her head. "Yeah, everything's fine," she replied, still not meeting his gaze.

Rudransh frowned. He knew that something was bothering her, but he didn't want to push her too hard.

"Okay, well, let me know if you need anything," he said, reaching over to pick up a platter of food.

Sundari perked up at the sight of the food. "Oh, that looks delicious," she said, reaching for a piece. "Do you cook?"

Rudransh shook his head, chuckling lightly. "No, I wish I could cook like this. The women here made it."
