I got home from the hospital after not to long. I was fine, in other words.
Becky and Mum were downstairs when I first woke up but after I coughed once they both shot upstairs into my room.
"Are you okay babe?" Becky asked nervously?
"Mum. Get her out." I said calmly but sternly.
"Anna, sweetheart, whatever you and Becky have fallen out about now, I'm sure if you talk about it it'll all blow over." Mum said dabbing a tea towel over my forehead.
"Should I tell her about what we fell out about or would you just like to leave?" I said.
She walked out.
My Mum left after I'd fake slept for a while. I'm not even sure if she was convinced but if not she must have realised I wasn't going to talk.
I quickly brought my phone out from underneath my pillow and didn't even check to see if I had messages, I just went straight to photos.
I looked at my folder titled 'Rick' and laughed at this nickname that I believe he brought on himself. I found it rather funny.
I clicked on a picture a few lines down from the top.
He was at the top of the Empire State Building. I know the view is incredible from the top of there, but out if knowledge, I couldn't tear my eyes off his face long enough to look outside the windows. He's wearing a kind of half smile which is the sort of mysterious and intriguing with that dash of seriously freaking beautiful all mixed together.
I think I could gladly compare him to a hamster from this picture. But not in an ugly offensive way. No. It's just his face not only gives off the seriously handsome affect, but also the adorable cute kind of affect.
I like that.
I scroll down more and chose a picture where he's stood in a forest, looking down at the floor smiling. His hair is all swept over the side, he's wearing a suit and tie and all I can think is 'I'd rather waltz than just walk through the forest..' I can't help it.
The next picture is him wearing is ever so gorgeous 'I Am' top. He's looking at the ground, but so you can only see a tiny fraction his face, and his hair is all swept hanging down.
His build is so stunning, utterly flawless.
Then I hear someone walking up the stairs.
"Darling, a couple of girls from your class are here to see you." Mum said so I sat up.
I was tired, but fine. I would go to this party, I decided.
Why not.
They walked in. It was Brielle and Ann-Marie, they were always the nicest people in my class. I left school a couple of months ago when I got told I only had a matter of months left.
"Hey Anna." Brielle said. I chuckled.
'He's just a boy who won't understand if you try.' I sung in my head. I have serious Hootowl Problems. I love them though.
"Hey." I said and they came to sit on my bed.
"Right, you up." Ann-Marie said and walked over to my wardrobe.
"Your coming to this party tonight, okay? Becky texted and said you'd fallen out, but everyone heard your coming already and it your a no-show that will be very dissapointing." Brielle said, not in a horrible way though. Not like Becky had been saying everything in.
"This. Is. Cute!" Ann-Marie shrieked and lifted out a floaty blue dress I got for my birthday 2 years ago. I never grow an awful lot so even though it would be tight around the chest it was fine.
Also, it's knee length so highly appropriate for everything I intended on doing that night, which unlike previously suggested, was utterly and unequivocally appropriate.
In a way I was looking forward to this party. I shouldn't have been.
