Later into the night after everyone has left, Blaze, Calie and Marie stayed behind. Calie and Marie sat on the couch with Matsu, meanwhile, Blaze was fixing herself a snack, then Blaze asked if they'd heard any word from the two Themean fireflies at the Themean embassy, and Matsu said he hadn't which was strange it's been nearly a week. But then Calie and Marie say that they have to make a big decision, to confront the boys' adoptive parents or Matsu arranges for the boys to be adopted by a firefly couple in Eclipse City, Eclispia.

The room fell into a contemplative silence as Calie and Marie's words hung in the air. Matsu furrowed his brow, clearly deep in thought, while Blaze, having returned with a plate of snacks, took a seat opposite them.

"That's a tough call," Matsu finally spoke, breaking the silence. "Confronting their adoptive parents might not guarantee a change in their views, and it could potentially make things worse for the boys. But arranging for them to be adopted by a firefly couple in Eclispia... that sounds like a solid plan."

Calie nodded in agreement, "Yes, it might provide them with a supportive environment where they can grow without fear of judgment. It's crucial to ensure their well-being and happiness."

Marie added, "And being in a community of people from Themea might help them stay connected to their roots while living in a more accepting environment."

Blaze, munching on her snack, chimed in, "Honestly, those boys deserve a chance at a loving and supportive family. If their current situation is harming them, we need to do something about it."

Matsu leaned back, running a hand through his hair. "Alright, let's go with option B. I'll make the arrangements, and ensure it's a smooth transition for them. We'll provide the boys with a chance for a brighter future."

As the decision was settled, there was a collective nod among them. The weight of the responsibility ahead lingered, but they knew that taking action was the right thing to do. The trio, bound by both friendship and shared purpose, prepared to face the challenges that lay ahead in their mission to make a positive impact on the lives of the two young fireflies.

Then Blaze, setting her plate of snacks aside, leaned forward and continued the discussion. "We talked to the boys a few days ago when we met them at the embassy. They're aware of the options, and they're willing to be a part of the decision-making process. It's crucial that they have a say in shaping their futures."

Calie added, "Absolutely. Forcing a decision on them might not be in their best interest. We want to empower them to take control of their lives and choose the path that feels right for them."

Marie nodded in agreement, "It's about respecting their autonomy. They've already been through a lot, and it's time we offer them a chance to influence their destinies."

Matsu, acknowledging the importance of involving the boys in the decision, said, "Alright then. We'll approach this collaboratively. When they're ready, we'll discuss the options with them and support whatever choice they make."

Blaze chimed in once more, "And in the meantime, we can gather all the necessary information and resources for both options. That way, when they're ready, we can move forward smoothly."

With a shared commitment to respecting the autonomy of the boys and ensuring their well-being, the group decided to patiently await the boys' decision while actively preparing for the next steps, ready to provide support and guidance when needed. The weight of the responsibility remained, but so did their determination to make a positive impact on the lives of the two young fireflies.

Then Matsu says that the boys will contact them when they're ready, he then grabs Calie by the nose and asks her why she pulled his ear earlier and Calie says ow and that she's sorry, she wanted to see him after the match but had to make it look they're just friends like they have too all the time.
