I closed the locker and turned to Rose. "How could you break up? You were so sweet together..." I put on a sad expression. I genuinely felt sorry about it.
"Hello!" Mina greeted us, beaming. We were shocked.
"Who are you, and what have you done, Mine?!" I exclaimed.
"What should it be for me?" she laughed and smiled from ear to ear. "Luck has struck me." Her eyes were shining. We were expecting to hear what happened. "Jimin happened," she said with a dreamy tone, but then she looked at me with sympathy... It struck me; she knew something was going on between Jimin and me before.
"No, it's okay, I'm glad you're happy," I smiled. I wanted them to be happy, and I felt a good feeling about it. She just stood in front of me, a completely different Mina, and I didn't feel any hatred or anything like before.
"Oh, thank you, I'm leaving, bye." She hugged us and left.
"There's Taehyung." Rose nudged me.
"Where?!" I panicked. I saw him, and a wave of heat rushed over me, like when you get scared. I looked at Rose, and she looked at me bewildered. Tae came to us, and he smiled so beautifully that I blushed even more. If I could, I'd probably slap myself.
"Hello," he greeted us, and we greeted back. He looked into my eyes, and I felt like I was blushing even more. "Don't blush, you moron!" I shouted at myself in my mind.
"Are you going for lunch?" he asked, pointing towards the dining hall. We nodded, and we went to the dining hall with him, sitting with the guys. Jimin and Mina were absent, but now I was troubled by Rose and Yoongi. They didn't even look at each other. Tae sat next to me and kept smiling at me. He was so sweet that I wanted to hug him entirely. He invited me to a date; we're going to watch some movie.
-Rose-
Yoongi didn't even look at me for the whole time I sat in front of him; he completely avoided me. I was lucky to catch him when he was leaving school. "Yoongi," I addressed him. He stopped, turned his head to the side, glanced at me with one eye, and continued on his way. He quickened his pace. I didn't let it go and ran after him, grabbed his hand, and turned him towards me. "What's wrong with you?" I raised my voice. "Yoongi, what's going on? I know you wouldn't break up with me just because of some nonsense!" Tears welled up in my eyes. He opened his mouth to say something, but suddenly his classmate Hyeon came to him and dragged him away. "Hey, where are you going?! We haven't finished talking!" I shouted angrily. She just dragged him away. What the hell is this supposed to be?! I got upset. I felt like crying, and at the same time, I felt like slamming something to the ground. My phone rang. "Mom," I read from the display. "Yes?" I answered.
"Where are you?! I'm waiting for you in front of the school." She hung up. I ran to the car, got in, and my mom immediately scolded me: "Where are you lingering so much?! Were you with that guy of yours again?" I didn't let her finish, and I jumped into her words.
"Watch what you say... and no, I wasn't with him. We're not together anymore, are you satisfied?" I was angry because it was her fault that we're not together; she always had something against him.
"Finally, you have someone better. First, finish your studies, and then look for a boyfriend, but please find someone decent, not a singer or rapper or whatever the devil he was." She gave those lectures that I hear every day. "Rose, I just want what's best for you. Anyway, he would have broken up with you after a while. Rose, he's famous; he won't have time for you when they go on tour, and maybe he'd even cheat on you." I looked out the window. No, he's not like that. And I know he wouldn't break up with me because of my mom; there must be something else to it. I don't believe that he suddenly stopped loving me from one day to the next. After all, I'll get it out of him!
