Luffy jumped off of Brownbeard, walking over to the two of us with a smile. "Thank you very much for helping me!" He thanked him, looking over at me. "What happened to them?"
Law looked down at me for a split second, before looking back up at Luffy. "No clue."
"No.. no clue?!" I spoke up, still red-faced. "You know exactly what you did."
"Well, anyway.. where are the talking bear and the others?" Luffy asked him, wondering where they were.
"..So you made it, Straw Hat-ya. But you don't have to thank me for that." Law turned away. "I just did it on the spur of the moment. We are both pirates. Don't forget that."
Luffy just laughed. "Yeah. We're all enemies when it comes to the fight for the One Piece but I owe so many people for helping me two years ago. I just saw Jimbei and now you-- I'm so lucky! Thanks again!"
"Hey, there is a Navy soldier on the ground!" Usopp ran over to Smoker. "Is it.. could it be.."
"Hey, help me, Trafalgar." Brownbeard tried pleading for help, not wanting to be stuck as some servant for the Straw Hats.
Tashigi ran over to our group, worried for her superior. A bunch of marines followed after her, carrying weapons. She ran over and held him in her arms, hoping he was alive still.
"I thought so! It's Smokey and his clan! It's been a while!" Luffy exclaimed, recognizing them.
The marine captain grabbed the hilt of her sword while crying, pissed at Law. "How dare you! How dare you!!" She unsheathed her blade, running towards him.
"Whoa whoa, don't. I don't like these lame tearjerking scenes." Law casually said. "Room." He activated his power, and Tashigi ran right in it due to all her anger. He switched Tashigi's and Smoker's bodies, surprising the marines behind them. "Shambles!"
"Luffy! Let's go! It's dangerous here!" Usopp tried calling for his captain.
He nodded, walking away before looking back at me with worry. I smiled at him, which was basically a sign of reassurance. He took it, and ran off towards his crew. He stopped again though, wanting to ask a question. "Hey, Tra-guy, I wanna ask you something."
"Go round to the back of the laboratory." Law pointed to that section, knowing what he wanted. "What you're looking for is there. We'll see each other again later. We both have something we want to take back. [Name]-ya, come on."
The two of us started walking inside the laboratory after Law got Smoker's heart back, and I was curious as to what would happen. I remember that he was secretly working with Ceaser at this point of time, but I'm not worried about that, since I know the Straw Hats will be fine.
