"Don't you understand, this is serious, we've got to do something, otherwise they gonna k*ll us" said lyle frantically.
Erik realize that his brother really frightened, "You're right" erik and lyle went to several sport shops to buy weapon for protection, they end up bought 2 shotguns in san diego after a very long drive.
First lyle went inside the house, try to break the ice with his parents but they say nothing, they shut the door instead, it leaves lyle overthingking with unanswered questions on his mind. Meanwhile, erik waiting nervously in the car outside, didn't dare to come in since the big argument with his parents last night. Lyle went outside and got freak out "this is it erik, it is serious, they are absolutely furious, they didnt wanna talk to me".
Tragically, the shooting occured, police came and interogate them, erik and lyle were free for 6 months until erik couldn't hold the enermous secret anymore and reveal everything to his psychologist and police finally arrest them.
3 years after the confinement, erik and lyle case went to trial, the lawyers on their side contact everyone that related to them and the case.
"Erik.. please try to remember, do you have someone else that you haven't mention who know about the rape?" Leslie asked calmly.
"Actually umm, i have, she is my girlfriend, i mean my ex but we never really breaking up"
"But you already tell me about kirsten"
"No, it was not kirsten, this girl is so special to me, she was my everything"
"Well tell me who she is and my team will contact her"

Erik's legal team contact you, they made you come to USA 1 week before the trial so they have time to interogate you. Before the trial, the witness couldn't visit the defendant to avoid conspiracy.
It's the 10th day of trial, your turn to give testimony, today is the first time you met erik again since 1989. You were waiting patiently with andy and aunt marta in the third row seat while mama maria, jamie and noelle sat in the second row.
Erik and lyle finally entered the court room, erik's eyes were wandering to the audience since leslie told him today is your testimony. Erik catches your eyes, you both stare at each other for a while, you try to give him a smile, precisely a combination of happy and sorrow smile. He finally saw you again after years of sudden separation and met again in 180° diferrent situation, he couldn't hide his tears, he quickly wipe them off and get prepared for the trial to start.
