The four stayed silent in front of the fire, Knuckles broke the silence as he looked at Sonic and said, "I find it strange hedgehog but somehow I believe you."

Sonic replied as he looked down, "I find it hard to believe myself."

Grey-Sky looking up as he said, "Dude whoever she was, must've given you it for a reason."

Sonic then said, "Your probably right Grey. But it's more than that."

Knuckles asked, "What do you mean?"

Sonic replied to his red best friend, "I felt like I seen her before maybe know her but I don't remember..."

Knuckles sat closer to him as Sonic said, "When I found my bag of rings in the woods and see the necklace inside which I found out is a medallion, I was surprised."

Knuckles asked, "Hold on, when one of the monsters you defeat fade away, did you say the voice said 'The Power Of The Lost Pharaohs'?"

Sonic turns to him and answered, "Yes. It did. Why?"

Knuckles answered him, "Because that was the power the Noctrunus was after. The power of the lost pharaohs."

Rika asked, "The pharaohs in the world we came from or the pharaohs here?"

Grey-Sky answered her, "Obviously the world we came from Rika."

Knuckles then said, "He is right."

Sonic then said, "But we don't know anything about this lost pharaoh. LongClaw, Jericho, and Brightwing know about it but they refused to talk about it."

Knuckles replied, "I shouldn't be surprised. The reason why the power of the pharaohs is powerful because centuries during the war between the owls and echidnas. Two alternate generation of hedgehog families emerged. One the hedgehog family of warriors and the other the powerful royal hedgehog family known as the pharaohs."

Then Knuckles explained, "The Owls were able to regain the trust of the hedgehog warriors as their allies during the war. Though their purpose was to fight for what's right though at the same moment, the pharaohs power was used to keep any evil at bay while ruling with a firm but fair hand. When the power falls into the wrong hands it will be used to enslaved anyone. But only one of royal blood could regain its control. But the possible current pharaoh 'The Queen' along with the king fled while she was carrying their first born child. They were never seen again as the Noctrunus retreated."

Sonic asked, "Okay that explains a lot but what does the pharaohs have anything to do with me?"

Knuckles answered him, "That... I don't know."

Rika asked, "Sonic I hate to pull the plug on the investigation on your vision right now but we haven't asked him about the Hanging thing?"

Sonic replied, "Oh right..."

Sonic then asked Knuckles, "So what happened Knux? Who the heck did this to you? I doubt you hung yourself."

Knuckles answered, "I didn't. Right after you and Tails left, I got ambushed by the hooded hedgehog that ambushed me after you and the fox got away. I thought he was you at first when I saw him. But then having a closer look, I realized he wasn't you at all. The fur was different. But when I encountered him again, he was even angrier, filled with hate and despair. He kinda slashed me."
