Clarisse raised her hand. "What was that with Grover just now?"

Percy sat down at the head table, right next to Dionysus. Apollo smiled and floated over to Percy, hovering over his head.

"Nothing you should worry about right now," Percy said.

Butch raised his hand. "How'd you get out of Tartarus?" He asked.

Percy rubbed the back of his head. "Uhm, I opened a portal?"

Instantly everyone's hands raised. Percy pointed to one hand. "You. Ellen."

Lou Ellen nodded. "What do you mean by 'you opened a portal'? Have you been able to leave Tartarus this whole time?

Percy shook his head. "Due to the... 'rule' Zeus forced upon me, I was unable to visit Earth. However, the rule was recently reversed, and now I am free. Permanently."

His eyes flashed black for a second, but no one noticed.

Clovis raised his hand droopily. "How did you speak without being here?"

"I'm a god," Percy said simply.
----------------------------------------------------------

Percy took a deep breath, trying to prepare. His palms were sweaty, and no matter how much he wiped them on his recently put on Camp Half-Blood clothes, they wouldn't dry.

He reached his hand forward, and then brought it back to his side.

He turned around and put his hands on the side of his head. "I'm not prepared for this..." he whispered.

He walked forward to leave the apartment complex before bumping into the chest of a man, causing his arms to drop to his sides.

He looked up and stared directly into the eyes of Eros.

"Oh... hi, Eros," Percy said breathily.

Eros grabbed Percy's hands and brought them up. "Listen," he said. "You are prepared for this. No matter what you think. You are going to march up to that door, knock on it, and reunite with your mother. Got it?"

Percy nodded before blinking and shaking his head, exiting from the trance eye was in. "We're you spying on me?" He asked innocently.

Eros looked up, avoiding Percy's eyes. "What, no, I just -"

Percy stepped closer to Eros so that there was almost nothing separating them.

"Are you sure?" He asked quietly.

Eros cleared his throat. "Fine!"

He looked back down at Percy. "I was watching you talk to the campers and answer their questions, and I saw you walk here. Nice job on keeping the whole relationship a secret for now."

Percy nodded. "Of course. But I have to tell my mom."

Eros nodded with a comforting smile. "We don't expect you not to."

Percy smiled and stood on his tiptoes, kissing Eros on the cheek. "Thank you. You can go now."

Eros smiled and dissolved into rose smelling air.

Percy took a deep breath, turned back around, and walked up to the door.

He raised his hand, and quietly rapped his hand on the door.

A small voice shouted from behind it. "I'll get it!" The voice said.

Percy smiled as the door opened.

"Who are you?" The small voice said. Percy looked down in slight surprise, and his eyes widened as he saw Estelle.

"Oh. H-hi Estelle," he said, sobs threatening to break out from his body already.
