Ashlyn pov
I wake up and see Maddox next to me. I look at the alarm clock and see that it's just 6 A.M. , but I can hear that the kids are awake already.
"Darling, if you want to wake up without kids jumping on you, you should wake up now."
"I was already awake honey, but thank you."
She rolls over and kisses me.
We got engaged after college and got married 6 months later. Naila was born after a year and is now 8, Isha got born 3 years after Naila and is now 5 and the youngest Elias is now 2.
"Shall we call them over here?"
"Yeah that's better then letting them wait for more time."
"Naila, Isha, Elias You coming for hugs."
The first to run in is Naila she jumps on the bed, followed by Isha. Elias comes a little later.
"Hey kiddos you wanna go make christmas breakfast." Maddox says
"Yeahhhhhhh."
"You go get ready Ash I'll make the breakfast with them."
I walk to the bathroom and take a shower. I put on my christmas onesie and walk down to the kitchen. I chuckle at the sight in front of me. Maddox is trying to make pancake batter, but Elias is hangin on her leg and Isha is on her back. Naila is trying to help by getting all of the ingrediënts, but she has let fall 2 eggs so far and there's flour all over her face.
I sneak behind Maddox and turn her around I give her a long kiss and it turns into a mini make out session. I hear Isha scream eww and I see Naila covering her little brother's eyes.
"Come on I'll help you."
