Beauty or Beast

         Sitting outside, hand in hand with her watching the sunset, staring at her instead of the sunset because when she came into my life she brought so much light with her and now if she leaves she'll be leaving me in the Darkness. Ryan thought as he laid down in him bed listening to "Juice Wrld's Death Race For Love".

Rest in peace Jarad Higgins, it's been 4years without you but your legacy will always remain in our hearts forever....999forever(Front matter).

Ryan gets into the bathroom after checking the time on his phone and he found out it's almost 4pm and he had a date in an hour time, a date he doesn't want to be late to. After contemplating on what to wear, he puts on a black joggers, Black hoodie that had a blue cartoon drawing in front and a pair of crocs to go, he was ready at 4:35pm and he left home for his date .

He was close enough that he could see her sitting there looking so beautiful and he was really happy to be spending the weekend with a girl, and not just any girl, with the most beautiful girl at school. He brings out his phone and uses the camera to check himself one more time to make sure he was worth the date and he smiled at how handsome he seemed.

He decided to stop standing outside and go in but he was surprised to see her coming outside, he thought to himself "has she seen me? So now she's coming to get me, I need to act natural", but when she came ou,t a black tinted Rv drove in front of her and when they drove off she was no longer there, he didn't understand what just happened. He stood there for more than a minute just trying to put the pieces together and he decided that she got into the vehicle.

He decided to put her on call, it rang but she didn't pick up and then he tried again and it was off. Now that got him worried that he decided to follow the car and get to know where she was going and be sure she's safe.The car had gone off for a while now that he could no longer see it. He wasn't with his bicycle which would have helped in following the car, he was so worried that he couldn't take it anymore.

       Ryan looks around a couple of times to make sure nobody is watching and then few seconds later the hair on his arms and legs grew longer, his eyes turned purple and he started growling like a mad dog. He started running as fast as he could and in a minute he was able to catch up with the RV just that it was empty, parked and abandoned, and no sign of Diana.

      He got a lot more scared as he started searching the forest for Diana, "Oh my God" "what's happening? Who are those guys, I swear am gonna kill them when I get a hold of them". Then his nose picked up a scent similar to that of Diana and he ran towards the scent, "I'm gonna go first, she's too beautiful for a guy like you to have the first hit. "No no no, I'm gonna go first" said the guys who took Diana.

        Struggling on the ground and trying to get out of the rope she was tied with, Diana noticed someone was approaching so she paused and tried to see if the person was familiar or she was imagining. "Ryan is that really you?" She asked as he got closer, "Hey man, what are you looking for around here?, Don't tryna be a hero and just walk away and act like you didn't see anything" Abductor1 said.

        "Well how about you let me and my girl be on our way and then I wouldn't report you to the police", Ryan said as he walked closer and closer. He got their attention after talking about the police and that made them very angry that they brought out weapons, ready to injure or kill him if he moves any closer.Ryan kept moving closer as he said ,"If only you could be fast enough to use that Knife and Taser on me" In a flash the first Abductor got hit in the face by Ryan, on to the next one and the next one, he was so fast that they couldn't even move before they got hit.

        Ryan brought out an handkerchief from his pocket and blindfolded Diana with it and whispered to her "You don't have to see this" He stood up back, straightened his neck and he was about to get really dangerous when his phone rang, he immediately got distracted when one of the abductors charged fast at him with a plank and hit him on the face, responding to that Ryan's eyes changed once again and he growled at them loudly and angry that they all dropped their weapons and ran for their lives.

        With a bleeding face Ryan rushed over to Diana, removed her blindfold and untied her, he gave her his hoodie to wear and carried her in his arms while approaching the roadside, he then asks her to call a cab, "You didn't drive here? besides how did you know I was here? What happened with those guys? Are you okay?" Diana had a lot of questions but she took out her phone and ordered a ride, by the time they walked up to the road the ride was waiting already, they got in and the journey began.

          The cab driver drove straight to Diana's house and they got off, it was already dark at the moment, "Can you walk?" Ryan asked as they alighted from the cab "Yes I'm fine" Diana replied, "thanks a lot for today, and I'm sorry our date got ruined like that, please take care of the bruise on your face. I wouldn't want that to ruin your handsome face", she added.  Ryan attempted to walk her inside but she refused and asked him to go home assuring him that she's fine and she doesn't want her parents to make a big deal out of what happened so she'll be keeping it a secret from then.

       "Goodbye then, have a good night rest" Ryan said as he attempted to turn and leave for his home, but then Diana called him back, walked towards him,pecked him on the cheeks and said "thanks again for today Ryan", she immediately turned and went inside. Ryan had froze while standing, he snapped out a few moments later and went home.

      On getting home, he realized he had been out way past curfew and his mom was gonna scold him so he was trying to walk as silently as he could but then he heard a manly voice in his house. "Hey Ryan",he looked towards where the voice came from and responded "who the hell are you and what are you doing in my house?" (To be continued)
