Chapter 16

*After 3rd day of blind auditions*

Jessie's POV 

I walk backstage to get my mike taken off and already see Greg waiting for me. Oh joy this should be fun. Notice my sarcasm. I walk over to him to tell him that I just have to go change before we leave.

"Hey Greg. I just have to go change before we can leave, ok?"

"Sure babe. I'll wait out front for you."

With that i walked off thinking about how I usually don't mind being called babe but when he says it it just sounds creepy and I don't like it at all. As I was about to go into my dressing room Tom walked up to me. 

"Hey Tom."

"Hey Jessie. Can I ask you to do something for me?"

"Sure Tom. What do you need?"

"I want you to be careful on that date you have tonight. I don't know that Greg guy but by the looks of him I don't like him. So I want you to promise me you will be safe and call me if you need anything."

"I promise Tom. Thanks for looking out for me."

With that Tom walks out and I get changed. I'm really starting to regret agreeing to this date. I mean I only did it to get back at Danny but  I'm starting to realize what a creep this Greg guy is. As if on cue with my thoughts I hear a knocking on my door.

"Hey babe. You ready."

"Yeah just let me grab my purse."

I really am not looking forward to this. I'd rather be dropped in a pot of lava than go on this date. Ok i'm over exaggerating but I really don't want to do this. As we walk out to his car Greg keeps trying to feel my butt up. But the bad thing is he is not at all sly about it he's so obvious. 

"So where are we going?"

"It's a surprise."

"Uhm...ok."

"It should only take us about 30 minutes to get there."

"Ok."

I wonder where he's taking me. I hope he's not going to like kidnap me or something. No get real Jess he wouldn't do that. But how do I know that I barely know him. Why did I agree to this?

Danny's POV

I walk backstage to see Greg talking to Jessie. I don't know why but this guy gives me the creeps. I don't trust him especially with Jessie. If he hasn't noticed she's mine and only mine. He can't have her. I watch as Jessie goes back to her dressing room to change. Suddenly Tom comes up to me.

"Hey Danny."

"Hey Tom. What's up?"

"Nothing really except for the fact that I don't like Jessie going on a date with that guy. He doesn't sit right with me. I think I'm going to go talk to Jessie about being careful with him."

"Yeah you probably should."

I walk out of the studios to go get in my car before they come out so I can follow them with out being noticed. After about 5 minutes of waiting they walk out and I can't but help to notice how anxious Jessie looks. I hope he doesn't pull something or I will have to beat his a**.

*30 minutes later*

Jessie's POV

I have just survived the most awkward car ride ever. Greg had just talked about cats the whole ride here and it was kind of creeping me out. As we walk into the building which so happens to be Nando's I swear I see Danny's car in the parking lot. But that's impossible right? I didn't see him while we where driving here. I was pondering the car so much I didn't see the waitress come up.
