I was about to say something when principal Collins voice rang through the speaker“Daniel Salazar,in my office now"and I sighed and Anna looked at me suspiciously“Did u do something wrong?”and I replied “not that I know of. Anyway, I have to go” I got up and walked out of the class heading for his office
I opened his door to see him sitting behind his desk.“you sent for me”and he looked at me from his glasses “have a seat”he commanded which I did. He cleared his throat and began“john is in a critical condition in the hospital. I bet you know the reason why he's in the hospital, right?”and I bowed my head and he continued “you have to leave this school. I'm sorry”and my eyes widened in shock“Mr Collins, I can't....I ”i stuttered and continued “it's not my fault. I didn't tell him to overdose himself so why am I being punished ?”he released a deep breath and said“are you seriously asking me that?You sold drugs to him and it's illegal to do that. I know you really need the money but going to that extent...”I f elt my eyes getting wet. What will I tell Abby? Mom?“I'm really sorry. I promise never to do it again. Give me another chance and I'll prove to you that...”he cut me off“I'm not actually expelling you. You'll be transferred to another school with your sister”transferred?What?oh my goodness!. He continued “you're still going to be on scholarship so don't worry too much and FYI, that is the last school you can be admitted to”
“Ok. What school?”I asked curiously “WestBridge high school” I have heard of it before. I heard it's the school of the rich. “okay. Thanks for everything”. H e explained to me further more that today's the last day for me in this school.
I exit his office and as I was heading back to the class,the captain of the football team walked up to me with his group“Hey,Danny boy, why are you moody? You don't have enough money to pay your mom medical bills or did she kick the bucket?”he asked with a smirk plastered on his face“What did you just say,you dumb ass?”i asked him and he gave me a punch in the face and I felt a slight cut on my face. I was about hitting him but I stopped halfway then I remembered something. This is my last day in this school anyway so why am I holding back?and that's when I punched him hard in the face that his nose started to bleed and his group had a shocked expression on their faces. I didn't stop there. I pounced on him giving him the beating of his life so he would never forget me in his lifetime. A lot of people came dragging us away from each other. I wiped the blood on my lips and walked thinking of how to break the news to Abby.
