"There goes Miller again. What has gotten into him that he's smiling while playing?" Jerry looked at the younger boy

"Maybe he's just goofing around while the practice is being serious" Simon said nodding his head

Jason was winning during practice and smiling as always, his teammates were curios of what's going on with him being all energetic, even the coach his own father

"That's my boy right there" Coach Miller smiled and laughed looking his son enjoying the game, even tho it's just a practice

"I have a hunch that something is making him like that. It's either a girl that he likes" Janessa looked at Jason's expression and back to Coach Miller

Coach Miller nodded head as he heard that his son likes someone and gave him the motivation to play good in Football

Once practice was done Coach Miller made a small announcement

"Alright boys, big game is in 10 days. I am expecting the best from all of you and by tommorow were going to the ice rinks were the hockey and figure skaters practice, since we have an important orientation with one of my friend coaches" Coach said

The boys were excited to go to an ice rink because it was their first time going there, they don't know what they are expecting

"So we get to see some hot figure skaters. Damn" A sophmore player said that made Jason roll his eyes

Once the football team was done with their mini-meeting, they started to freshen up and go home. Jason entered the front seat while his father started the engine because he's the driver, the car ride was silent for the father son duo. Jason was texting a
friend (definitely Irisse) on his phone smiling while his father's eyes were focused on the road

"You're quite busy there son. You got someone already?" Mr. Miller decided to break the ice and glance at his son smiling like a total idiot

"Hm? What are you talking about Dad?" Jason turned off his phone

They were stuck in traffic for a moment and this is where their conversation starts

"I noticed some of your teamates are teasing you over a girl and you smile everytime you practice. Like your in a good mood son" Mr. Miller patted his shoulder

Jason had two things in mind. Tell his father the thruth or just shut up. The traffic was gone and decided to finish this conversation at home with his mother

"Fine! There's a girl okay!?" Jason finally responded that made his parents in total shock

"Oh my goodness! My little Jacey is all grown up now" Mrs. Miller walked forward to her son and gave him a hug and kiss him on the cheek

"I definitely knew it! Tell us about her son, don't be shy to tell us. Were your parents" Mr. Miller said

"I saw this girl when I was just only 11 years old, It was love at first sight for me, then I became friends with her and up until now. I was being her common friend the whole time but I have a secret crush on her and..." Jason told his parents who are carefully listening to their son's love story
