I woke up and turned around. Empty bed. I sighed getting dressed. I was upset that my face looked puffy from all the sobbing I did. It seemed like the last few years where I didn't cry was catching up to me. I walked downstairs and the door opened. I turned to look and saw Tae walk arms linked with Mi-Sun. He removed his shoes and looked up at me. I looked at him a little longer this time and then their arms before I took a deep breath looking away. I shook my head and walked into the kitchen. My head was hurting a little because of all the crying.

"Omo! Why are your eyes so puffy?" Tae's mother asked me as I walked out with my strong coffee. "Oh, I got up in the middle of the night and was deep in thought. I was remembering my halmoni. I missed her so I cried a little. The vacation time reminded me that I hadn't seen in her in a long time." I said. "Ah, you are so soft. You need to be strong. How can do anything if you are this soft?" One of his aunts asked. "It's okay, if she misses her halmoni. She is with us she must be remembering her family." Tae's mother said defending me. I smiled softly at her. "Anyway, make sure you are presentable when we go shopping." His aunt instructed. "Yes." I said as I bowed and walked away to get ready. "Allora!" His mother called out. I looked at her. "Here put this on your eyes, it will soothe the pain. After you feel better then have the sweet milk." She handed me a can of chocolate milk with a big smile. I looked at her and smiled at her sweet gesture. I bowed my head thanking her. Tae was walking beside me but, I just ignored him as we made our way up.

I got dressed up wearing a  white turtleneck top with off white jeans, boots and a varsity jacket was a matching one to the one Tae had. I grabbed my sunglasses and made sure to down an aspirin for the headache.

Tae saw me get dressed but, we didn't talk and I ignored him. We went shopping. I hated shopping in general but, I had bought some sweet things and I was able to see a lot of interesting local items that were gorgeous. We shopped until late and we were waiting at our meet up point. The ladies had gone together and the men had gone together. Mi-Sun hadn't accompanied us in the morning. I didn't want to feel glad and didn't want to have that stupid voice tell me that there was hope. Maybe they would separate.

"There they come." Tae's mother said. "Oh, and what a lovely surprise! Mi-Sun is with them." I looked over after his aunt commented. It was true. Tae and Mi-Sun arms linked walked with the men. I was holding Tae's mom's shopping. Tae looked over and I looked away. Just as the voice said that maybe the morning walk they went together for was a coincidence, maybe after last night he would change, he would see some truth to my feelings but, I was wrong. This hurt more. I missed when he put in the work to make it work like he did when we fought or argued back home. It seemed like he was indifferent to every thing. I put the bags in car. Tae came to the car and stood next to me putting their bags in.

"With the bags  filling the car Allora I think you should go in Tae's car with Mi-Sun and him." His mother sweetly suggested. "Actually, I was thinking of walking back." I informed her. "It's a long distance though..." his uncle said. I looked over at Tae, "I just need the fresh breeze besides I do this quite a lot." "Hyung, tell her she should come in one of the ca--" "Okay then we'll see you at home. Eomma I will drop Mi-Sun, you guys also go ahead." Tae cut his brother off. "Hyung!" Eun jin shouted as he walked to the car. He ignored her. They all got in the car and drove away. I sighed before I put in my earphones and began walking.
