Home for the Holidays Part 6- THV

I walked back into the house. Mi-Sun walked downstairs wearing not the shirt that Tae had given his aunt to offer to Mi-Sun but the exact t-shirt he wore to bed. My heart had broken and I just couldn't think. I wanted to be rescued. I already called my best friend 42 times since the morning. At the table everyone chatted. Mi-Sun smiled and greeted them. Tae walked down behind her wearing the t-shirt borrowed by Mi-Sun. 

"Allora! You look even worse than the last few days. Have not been keeping well? Did you not get a good night's rest yesterday?" Tae's mother asked worried as she held me. I looked at Tae as he saw me. Tears openly pooling my eyes. His eyes widened slightly. He began walking over. "Here." His father said as he wrapped a blanket over my shoulders and handed me the cold can of chocolate milk. He gave me a small smile and I nodded my head at him. He looked away looking angry? My phone rang and I saw it was my best friend Alison. I immediately excused myself as I opened the window to enter the backyard again. 

"Ali?" My voice broke as I picked up the call. "Allora? What's wrong?" "Where have you been?" I asked her as I began breaking down. "Allora you are worrying me." "I want to leave here. I can't stand it. I am hurting. Please come." "Allora is everything okay? Did something happen?" "Yes. Please just be here. Please just save me from this hell." I sobbed. "Allora we are outside Tae's house. We came to surpris--" I pulled the phone away from my ear as I sprinted towards the gate.

THIRD PERSON POV:

Inside the house Tae's mother and Eun jin were worried after looking at Allora's bloodshot, puffy eyes. "What did you do?" Eun jin yelled at her brother. "Eun jin don't raise your voice at your hyung." "Auntie it will be better if you don't get in the way." Eun jin answered her back. "What. DId. You. Do?" She asked him again. 

"Nothing." "Bullshit." Jeon guk answered. "Jeon guk!" His aunt exclaimed but he ignored her. "She is looking miserable for a reason. She looks tired for a reason. She---" "She looks broken for a reason." Eun jin cut her brother off. Tae looked at them and then looked away at Allora. Her shoulders hunched as if she wished to fall to her knees and wish for her heart to fall out of her ribcage just so the pain would vanish. He was worried. He was panicked when she ran. He opened the window again and sprinted in the direction she went. Everyone calling after him.

END OF POV

I ran through the open gate and saw Alison standing next to the cars phone to her ear worried. She turned around when she heard me. I ran straight into her arms. Tears flowing down my cheeks. She held me in her arms. She let me cry. She held me tighter and kept my head in place. Probably to make sure who ever stood behind me at the gate couldn't see my face or I wouldn't turn without composing myself. I had buried my face in her neck to hide the tears and when I heard the boys I immediately stood taller and wiped my tears, composing myself. 

"Allora! It is so wonderful to see you." Namjoon exclaimed as he pulled me in for a hug. I smiled and pretended to be normal as I hugged him. I greeted each member as I felt Tae's eyes on me the entire time. Tae had moved closer to greet the members when I stood more alert of presence. I could sense that he finished greeting the last of the members and was walking towards us. I linked our arms and turned around loudly announcing, "Let's get freshened up Aly, I want to go to the fair with you." I said as we walked in the direction of the house. I passed him completely ignoring his presence and his gaze.

We had breakfast and got dressed. I was combing my hair one last time in the room. Tae looked at me through the mirror. "Did you sleep well last night?" I put the comb down and took my phone. "I'll leave first." I said ignoring his question. He sighed as I closed the door behind me. 

We were waiting near the car and I had my arm linked around Alison's. When I saw Namjoon walking out the gate. "Let's go." I looked at him confused. "I am coming with you guys." He said. I nodded in my head and turned my head around to sit in the car. "And so am I." I froze. I looked back at Tae. Alison and I shared a look and I looked down before sitting in the back with Alison.
