Today was the day that Liu Kang, protector of earthrealm, invited all leaders of important clans and unions from all around earth and outworld respectively, as all of us are in a state of peace, at least at the moment.

Goal of the meeting was to talk about measures we could take and how to support each other in case of conflict and threat. But of course, we will talk about keeping the peace between each other, whatever that means.

That means the Lin Kuei, Shirai Ryu, Queen Mileena and Princess Kitana for Outworld, Shaolin Monks, and many other groups came with their respective bodyguards, including my clan, the (Clan Name).

Bi-Han and I met during the timeline war where Liu Kang mobilised all of us to fight for our timeline - the timeline he created. So kind of, he is our god, not only the protector god, but what difference does it really make in the end.

During that time, Bi-Han and I spend more or less a lot of time together, and against all odds and our personalities, we became very close. That being said, we were more than just friendly to each other in private, but keept it secret in public.

We started becoming more serious recently, but because recent events were nerve wrecking and still need a little bit of time adjusting, we will not announce anything publicly just yet. We do not want our respective clans to go through more changes as of now, since the question would arise - what will happen of those clans when both leaders will be an item? A problem for another time.

It's going to be an official meeting, so of course, I, as a woman, don't want to wear my typical clothes, but show that strong women can, in fact, also be feminine. The others will appear in their traditional gowns or outfits. Bi-Han told me to not wear anything too revealing, but who is he to tell me what to do?

I wore a (colour) dress, hugging my body just the right way, exposing my chest and back, as well as a slit on the lower part to expose my leg every time I walked. I put on shoes with (high/low/middle high) heels to complement my legs and overall height. I styled my hair into a voluminous hairstyle, putting on fitting makeup, looking sharp, elegant but sexy at the same time.

Two of my bodyguards, dressed in Smokings, attended with me. We weren't the last ones to arrive or anything, but Bi-Han was already there before me.

After we greeted Liu Kang at the entrance, I walked into the ballroom that he had prepared, seeing a good crowd of people scattered around and talking already. True that, a lot of us got to know each other already during the battles we had together.

"You can go around and enjoy yourselves as well. Have fun."
I told my two body guards and clan members. They nodded at me.
"Thank you. Call us whenever."
"I will."

We smiled at each other for a moment before they walked away and I watched them. I took a deep breath after turning to check out the surroundings but being immediately interrupted by no one less than Johnny Cage.

"(Y/N) (L/N) from the (Clan Name). You really look stunning today if I do say so myself."
He smiled at me while holding out a glass with champagne out to me.
"Well, well, well, Johnny Cage, you don't look all to bad wearing suits either."

He held his arms to the sides and moved back a little bit to show off his suit before standing next to me again.

"I'm surprised, where is your friend mister Takahashi? It's unusual to see you apart nowadays."
"I hope you're not hinting at something, buuuut you're right. No, he is somewhere around here, I lost him quite honestly. We were talking and when I went to grab the drinks, I couldn't find him."
"Oh wow, it can also only happen to you to lose someone who's blind."
"Yeah, makes you think I'm the blind one, huh?"
