Chapter 11: Birth

Nia's Pov:

The second I got to the top of the stairs the heated arms of Auden wrapped around my waist and lifted me from the ground. My squeal of surprise quickly becomes giggling as Auden peppers kisses on every inch of my skin he can reach.

Leaving my lips for last, his breath fans my skin. I lean forward, puckering my lips.

He leans back, pressing a kiss on the tip of my nose right where my mole rests then asks, "May I kiss your lips, Nia?"

"Yes" I breathe out and not a moment later I feel his lips against mine.

Warm, plump, perfect. I wanted more, I needed more. My tongue snakes out, sliding along his lower lip, practically begging.

Auden lets out a growl as his tongue meets mine. Warmth blossomed on my chest surrounded by the tingles I always feel from his touch.

Seconds pass before suddenly it's all too much. The warmth is burning now causing sweat to break out on my skin.

I break away from the kiss and scream as it feels like my bones are breaking. The loud snapping sounds make that feeling a reality. My muscles are jumping under my skin, changing.

Auden slowly places me down on the cool floor as my body jerks and shakes. All I can hear is my own screams and my wild heartbeat.

Then there is silence which is broken a moment later by a voice.

"I love you, Nia", a female voice full of confidence and sweetness and somehow very similar to my own voice.

My eyes opened and I realized that my eye level was much higher than usual. Looking around, all I saw were the tops of doorways and Auden's smiling face that I had to look down at.

"Nia you're a werewolf" Auden spoke in awe before his eyebrows pulled together, "How are you a werewolf?"

"Sex magic" Gannon answered as he stepped forward reaching a hand out to touch my fur.

His fingers ran through the thick hair as he continued, "It's kind of mine and not at the same time. How is that possible?"

I leaned into Gannon's touch the waves of warmth felt like water being added to the grease fire that is my libido.

"Claim mates", that female voice from before growls in need.

My entire body jolts in surprise as I hear a small bark come out of my mouth instead of the words, "Have I finally gone completely insane?"

"No. I'm a part of you, Nia. You're a werewolf now, I'm the wolf part of your soul", she explained

"Nia you're alright", Auden spoke as his hands cupped the sides of my face, "You're just like me now. I'll help you shift back, all you need to do is take the control back from your wolf and picture your body"

Have I lost control? When did that happen? Was it the kiss or did it really have something to do with Gannon's magic?

My thoughts stop as the tingles I feel from his touch have my body moving. My Jaws part, huge tongue lulling out to lick his face, his neck, every bit of skin I can reach.

Auden laughs and tries to move away but it's far too late. My body moved on instinct, pinning him on the ground with a light thud as I continued to taste his skin.

Auden wiggles under me in an effort to get away which quickly ends the second a warning growl leaves my lips. I need him, need to claim him.

It became all-consuming to the point that I didn't even realize I shifted back into my skin, my body. I kept licking, kissing his skin, my hands pinning his arms down.
