Jennifer.

"Babe!I'm out",Deverick yelled."Okay!",I said while putting on a new shirt. I walked in Jacala room and she was playing with her dolls"Having fun?",she looked up and nodded. Then the doorbell rang, I went downstairs to get the door.

"Trey?",he walked in holding Niah."Hey!just come and let Niah spend time with y'all ",I smiled and chuckled. "She was crying for me huh", I said while grabbing Niah hugging her tight in my arms. "No...", he trailed off, "Mhmm sure", he laughed, causing me to laugh. "Want something to drink?",he shook his head no and sat down on the couch and signaled for me to come."Jen are you okay, be honest?",I chuckled and tried to stop myself from starting to cry.
"Trey I'm good I promise", he tilted his head "You can let me know if something is wrong, You don't have to lie".

Does he know?

"Trey I'm good are you okay?",he shook his head."No.I'm not okay but I would be, if you was with me instead if this nigga".

Did he really just say that to me....even tho I did still love Trey....

"Trey I th--".I was interrupted by the door bell ringing.I got up and answered it.

"Giiirrrrl!!!"

"Dayci!!!!!!",I smiled and hugged her.

"Girl Look at you!You look amazing "I laughed causing her to laugh.

"You think so...?"she pursed her lip

"Hell yes you look good!".I let her in and closed the door behind her.

"Well where's my little angels at?". Dayci asked while looking around the house for the girls.

"Niahs in there with Trey..and Jacala upstairs. She nodded.

"Treyy? Girl! y'all should get together again that was so cute",She whispered making me smile and I  shook my head."Yeah but you know if Deverick find ou--",she cut me off."This nigga..Where is that funny looking nigga at anyways",I laughed, Dayci really has no filter. "He left."she did a slow nod and started making her way into the living room where Trey was. "He needs to stay gone!". She mumbled while walking away.

"Hey Trey ",he looked up."Hey? Dayci right".she took Niah out his arms."Yes!Aww look at my precious niece...just getting so big!".

"So how you been Trey?".She asked as I walked over and sat on the couch with them."I'm good..tired been working been in the studio all week".
We talked for while catching up, then Jacala finally came down.

"Mommi--Auntieeee!!!!!",she ran so fast jumping on Dayci hugging her tightly making me smile."Hey baby cala!How you been".Jacala smiled then it faded. I could tell she wanted to say something to Dayci.

Please don't say nothing baby girl......

"Well...ac--"

"Um..Y'all hungry? Does anyone want something eat?".I said interrupting Jacala.
"No I'm good sis, what did you say Jacala?".Dayci said looking at her, Jacala looked at me I gave her a look then she proceeded to say."I'm good TeeTee just playing with my Barbies, oh and mommy bought me a new Barbie with a horse. Want to see?". She asked Dayci.

I heard the front door open.

Oh Jesus....why? He was not supposed to be home this early.

"Aye! Babe I'm home".Deverick said walking in the house. I ran up to him and hugged him so Dayci won't see him."Heyy baby",I whispered "What is you whispering for?".
