Jennifer.

"You are not leaving her with me!"

"Bye Deverick!". She walked away and left the little girl at the door with Deverick.

"Celina!?". She ignored him and got in her car and drove off leaving Ciara with Deverick. He lets her in the house.

"Daddy?are you mad?". The little girl asked him.

Daddy??

He looked up at me standing by the stairs.

"Jennifer?!".He said my name and I came from behind the wall of the stairs. "Deverick?What's going on!?".He sighed and rubbed his face."Nothing go back in the room I'll be there in a minute". I just stared at him in disgust and backed away running into the room locking the door behind me.

I'm leaving!....I know I should've left A long time ago, but I just can't stand this anymore I'm leaving.....A baby???

I started packing my bags. I went out into Jacala's room to pack hers. When I started walking downstairs with our bags Deverick was looking at me while holding "his daughter" .

"Jennifer baby where you going?".I ignored him and started walking out to my car."Jennifer?!".Deverick said following me outside while I placed our bags in the trunk."What Deverick?!". I sighed and closed my trunk. "Baby look I'm sorry I promise I'll get help I promise!Just don't leave me baby please".I shook my head in disbelief. "A baby Deverick? For real? I'm done with this shit I can't take it anymore Deverick I'm done! We are done. "

I was about to open my car door when he stopped me."If you leave me I'll hurt you! So I rather you stay!".I smacked my lips and looked him dead in his eyes". You've done that a lot already. Do whatever you need to do Deverick but it's not gonna stop me from leaving! Your weak Deverick, you're a little boy who needs to grow up, I've tried to love you I really did but I'm done!". I pushed his hands off my car and got in closing the door.He started hitting the window as I sped off.

It was late and it started to rain.I didn't wanna be bothered by anybody so I just drove around thinking about my life and my relationship with Deverick. I had pulled up to a gas station and my phone rang.

"Hello?".I sniffed and said.

"Hey babymoms".I slightly smiled.

"Hey?"

"What's wrong?". Trey asked.

"I'm just stressed out right now ". I replied

"Why what happened?"

"I left Deverick". There was a slight silence.

"You did, where are you?".I was about to answer him when I heard someone tap on my window. I looked up to see the devil standing there in the rain.

"Jennifer I'm sorry come home please!".he begged with a hoody on continuing to tap harder on my window."Deverick No! Get away from my car! How did you even find me?!". I yelled through the window.

"Wait Jennifer he followed you?".Trey asked "Yes Trey, He did". I told him.

"Jennifer!Please come home".Deverick begged hitting my window."Deverick stop!".I yelled scared that he would break my window.

"Jennifer come to my house!".Trey said from the phone. I put my keys in the ignition and sped off.

I had finally made it to Trey's house. I was about to knock when the door opened. He instantly greeted me with a hug.

"Are you okay?".he asked me as I walked in."Yes Trey".I said trying to hold all my tears in."What did I tell you before?You don't have to do that with me, I know your not okay Jen".He pulled me into a tight hug and I automatically broke down in his arms.

Throughout the whole night he comforted me while we talked and talked and I just told him everything about Deverick.

"Jenn so this bitch ass nigga has been putting his hands on you?"

"Trey-"

"No!You never told me this and you had my daughter in this niggas home?."

"I was trying to leave him I just co-"

"No you could've called me Jen you know I've been here for you!We could've got through this". I can hear the hurt in his voice about everything.

"Jennifer tell me the truth, Did he ever hit my child?".I paused for a min cuz I was hesitant to answer him.

I stayed quiet looking down I can feel his eyes burning a hole on the side of my face. "Jenifer!". He yelled my name and I just started crying even more.

"Trey.. Yes a few times but I promise you I never intended for that to happen that's my baby I tried to protect her! I tried!". He looked at me in disbelief he was so angry at this point, he started to put on his shoes.

"Jennifer where he hit you at?".He said getting up from the couch putting on his shirt. I rose up my jacket and showed him the bruises on my side and stomach.He completely lost it when he saw the bruises. "Come on Get Up!".I looked at him then got up."Let's go!".He grabbed his keys and we got in his car and pulled off. I looked out the window and notice where we were going."Wait!Trey no I'm not going back in there". He ignored me and kept his eyes on the road.

"Look when you with me ain't nothing gone happen to you ight".
