Chapter 14: A Question About A Fight And An Announcement

Jennie spotted one instantly: “What is your biggest fight?” She read the question as she and Lisa looked at one another: “It’s rare for us to fight because we talk to each other about problems so it won’t be hard, but yeah, we had one.” Lisa admitted and she looked sad, but Jennie comforted her immediately.

Having her there to comfort her made Lisa speak about what happened. “The biggest fight we had was many years ago, and it was because I bottled things up to the point where I exploded, and Jennie ended up being part of the blast,” Lisa revealed, and continued, “I’m not going to say what the argument was, but I bottled all of my feelings because I didn’t want to bother anyone, and I acted like I was fine and busied myself.” Lisa explained that everyone agreed with what she said. “Yeah, we were literally worried about you, especially Jennie,” Rosé said, and Jisoo nodded in agreement as they remembered that time, but they’re glad that it’s in the past.

Lisa looked at them apologetically then continued with her story: “Everyone was worried for me but I brushed them off by saying I was fine but there was this one time during my off day I didn’t leave my house and Jennie arrived in my home and asked what’s wrong and like usual I told her I was fine but she wasn’t having it and I was angry cause I just wanted some alone time and all of the emotions I’ve been bottling up burst and Jennie ended up being part of the blast,” she said sadly but feeling Jennie comfort her made her continue with her story seeing the viewers wanted to know more.

Lisa took a deep breath and continued, “I said some things I shouldn’t have said and left my apartment in anger, and when I got outside, my mind went back to what happened, and I realized what I had said to her and immediately went back, and I saw her sitting on my couch crying.” Lisa said, still looking guilty, as that memory will never go away; it will always be there in the back of her mind, reminding her of that mistake she made. “I went to her and apologized and comforted her, and she thought that I was breaking up with her because of what I said, and I told her that it will never happen, and after that we made up, and even after what I said, she listened to my venting and comforted me,” she said as she finished her explanation, and everyone could see that what happened still affected her even if it happened years ago.

Then Jennie spoke as she put her head on Lisa’s shoulders once again and intertwined their fingers: “And I already have forgiven her for her apology, as we are already past that and have made our peace with that, and getting you to talk about what’s been bottled up in you has made our relationship much stronger,” Jennie said as Lisa agreed. “Yeah, I slowly learned to stop bottling up my emotions and talk to Jennie since we’re supposed to have healthy communication, and it's actually nice that I fee’ better whenever I get to talk to her,” she said now smiling as talking to Jennie about her problems always made her feel better, and she promised herself that she’ll never hurt her like that ever again.

After that heavy talk, the girls continued to look for comments as Jennie spoke, “Guys, even if we do enjoy answering your questions, this live will be ending soon,” she announced to everyone in the Instagram Live, shocking all of the viewers while the girls, including Lisa, were not surprised when she said that.
