Chapter 15: A Question About Cooking

Hearing that the viewers were surprised as as they asked why in the comments, to which Jennie replied, “Well, first of all guys, its almost nighttime,” she said, looking at the window, “and second, we all have our own schedules to do tomorrow.” Jennie said giving out the reasons, which were understandable and reasonable, and the viewers were understanding but hoped they might do this again. “But we’re still going to answer questions until we say that this will be our last question,” Lisa added as Jennie agreed and they went back to searching.

Jisoo was the first to spot the question in the comments, “Can Lisa cook?” She said out loud as she stared at Lisa, “I know how to cook.” Lisa says proudly, “Yeah, but only Pad Thai.” Rosé said snickering, making Lisa look at her, “Hey, I make a good Pad Thai.” She said defending herself as Rosé ended up nodding. “But that’s the only thing you can do.” She pointed it out, making Lisa pout in annoyance as the other two started laughing. “Well, Lisa is trying to learn how to cook more.” Jennie says, somewhat defending Lisa, who smiled and said, “Thanks, Jennie.” “But I will admit most are bearable but still need work,” she says with a mischievous grin at Lisa. ”Jennie,” who whined and pouted at her as the three laughed at her, “But seriously, babe, like yeah, it’s delicious, but why does it taste a little bland sometimes?” Jennie asks. “I’m trying to tone down the spiciness since I know you’re not a fan of spicy food,” Lisa revealed, surprising Jennie as everyone thought it was cute. “You can put a little spice in the food; I can take it,” she tells her, which Lisa took note of for the next time she cooks for her.

Then another question arose: “So Jennie, do you know how to cook Thai food?” was what the question asked. “Yes, and they’re all delicious,” Lisa boasts, making Jennie slightly blush. “You think everything Jennie makes is delicious.” Jisoo joked, “Because it’s true!” Lisa argues, but Jisoo and Rosé agree with her anyway: “Lisa’s dad gave me a recipe book for me to better learn how to make Thai food,” Jennie revealed with a smile. “Yeah, I see her looking at the recipe book whenever she wants to try to make a dish, and it’s cute that she’s learning how to make more food,” Lisa tells them with a proud smile as Jennie blushes at the compliment.

Then they heard Rosé talk, “Yeah, you guys are making me hungry,” she says as the three laugh, “I’m going to make ramen,” she announces as she stands up, “Make me one too,” Jisoo tells her as you can hear Rosé in the background telling her she will, and then she looks back at the camera and notices a question, “Wait, there’s a kitchen in Rosé’s studio?” The question asked them: “Rosé’s studio is part of the apartment she bought and used the empty space,” Jennie said as they remembered that time the three were invited for a house tour and jammed in that studio like old times.

Lisa then stood up as Jennie looked at her. “I will get a snack too,” she said as everyone laughed. It seems the talk of food got Maknaes hungry as Lisa left the living room to go to the kitchen. “Well, it seems we are going to have a break,” Jennie announces as she then decides to catch up with Jisoo more, and they answered some not-related questions about the projects that they’re part of.
