Chapter 6 - Introducing the Household

"Oh, so this is your home?" Rudeus is seen stepping into the house. Aisha was out at school alone for this moment, Sauros was at the Tavern managing it, and Kristene alongside Lilia was seen inside the home.

"Woah..." Rudeus noticed Kristene... Who is she? She looks gorgeous!

"U-Uh, Lilia!" Rudeus rushed to her, as Lilia smiled, embracing the boy,

"Welcome back, Master Rudeus. I've heard all about you now and then from your brother..." Lilia smiled, as Rudeus smiled,

"I heard you've been taking it easy since entering Asura. I'm glad Aisha is doing well." Rudeus explained as Lilia thanked him,

"And... I am Rudeus Grey-" Rudeus attempted to introduce himself to Kristene, but a glare forbade Rudeus from exposing their last name to her. 

"I am Rudeus... It's a pleasure to meet you...?" Rudeus awaits the woman's last name,

"Rudeus, huh? I am Kristene Lowel... The pleasure is mine, future brother-in-law." Kristene bowed, as Alaric smiled,

"Oh, and you haven't met my other significant other," Alaric explained,

"Another? You're planning on marrying two women?" Rudeus is surprised, he didn't see Alaric as the type to do that.

"No, actually, the second is a man. His name is August, an amazing guy, you'll get along with him I'm sure of it." Alaric explained as Rudeus fell silent. But he didn't have the odd look the others did... It was as if... He was processing this more than questioning it...

"If you want, Master Rudeus, I can cook you a nice sandwich with eggs and bacon if you'd like." Lilia offered, as Rudeus asked,

"Wait... Bacon?" Rudeus was confused, looking at Alaric, and Alaric looked back.

"How did he get the name down so quickly?" Alaric wondered,

"Did he come up with that name?" Rudeus thinks.

"..." Lilia seemed... Confused.

"Is something the matter, you two?" Lilia wondered as the pair imminently rushed to explain nothing was the matter, ensuring... Well... A lot of things don't come out.

"Seems you've made a living... Wow..." Rudeus can't believe his brother has done THIS much in the very few years they've been apart.

"And this is my wine. I've been making my own since learning from artists here in Ranoa. The methods to use magic as a means of speeding up the process, different chemicals needed, and the works. If you want..." Alaric walked up to cubed shelves, tilted to look like symbols of diamonds, as he pulled out...

"Here's my very special brews. I use roses for this including other fruits. My most best yet!" Alaric was into wines now, as he could make pretty much ANY flavor, as Rudeus states,

"This is... I'm sorry... It's just that... I missed so much." Rudeus stopped, holding the wine bottle in his hand, as Alaric was silent, before placing himself on a chair,

"Yeah... It has..." Alaric thinks Rudeus does too, the pair sitting down and thinking on what to say.

"... How's Fittoa doing?" Alaric wondered, Rudeus shrugging,

"I don't know... But when me... And Eris..." Rudeus stopped, almost chocking,

"Eris? Y-You mean-" Alaric remembered her!

"Is she alright!?! Why isn't she with you?" Alaric wondered, as Rudeus states,

"She... Left." Rudeus says, confusing the boy, as he looks at his brother... So alone... So... Sad...
