"It's great that we made it here, but we have to look for them first," Rudeus explained his worry on his face, hoping to find everyone before doing anything else.

"And for that, we should go to the guild," Elinalise explained, as Alaric had a card of his own, but while not doing any work, is still a sign of his affiliation with any.

"Okay, let's start asking around about Paul or Geese," Elinalise ordered, a calm order, as the three did just that. But, after some small looks here and there, Elinalise didn't bother looking, seeing Geese speaking with a Beastfolk.

"Geese!" Says Elinalise, as walking toward him, he's surprised to see her here so quickly!

"Sorry, we're late." She apologized, as Alaric couldn't help but wonder why she'd say that. They're EXTREMELY earlier than expected.

"Nothing at all. You're faster than I thought!" Geese comes over, and Alaric immediately notes the monkey's appearance. With a rounder face, and more primate-like features, he wondered if he was a Demon Race.

"It's only been six months since I sent the letter. You must not have read it, huh?" Geese wondered, as little did he know, they did.

"We'll talk about that later. How are things with Zenith?" She soon cuts to the case, wondering if she's alright.

"Not good, to be honest. Well, we can talk about that later, too."

"For now, please take us to our father," Rudeus asked, as Geese smirked, finally seeing the second son of Paul! He looked so much like Zenith... Wow.

Alaric has worn a new outfit at this point. A shirt with a vest, the pants he had worn still stayed, the baggy brown pants had black boots with his blade on his big. His hair matched Rudeus', long and to the lower back at this point. He took care of it for a long time... The blonde strands in a ponytail.

"Is that you, Boss?" Geese suddenly recognized Rudeus, and he GREW. Beforehand Rudeus was shorter than him!

And eventually, they all meet.

Alaric sees Paul, in a not-so-appealing manner, he turns away, he thinks he can see eye to eye with him, but it's impossible.

"Yo, Paul! Wake up, your sons are here!" Geese pats his back, as Paul awakens, his eyes show that he hasn't gotten much rest at all.

"Rudy... Alar... I'm not dreaming, right...?" Paul wondered, his voice deepened with emotion and age, as Rudeus took center stage with the talking, knowing Alaric's disdain for his father. But...

As Paul got up...

"!?!" He hugged Alaric, and he froze.

"Look, kid. I know it's been years... I know we had our differences... But please. Just pretend to care for me just this once, alright? For your mother." Paul asked of him, as Elinalise felt Zenith from Alaric. He's like Norn but even far greater in keeping a grudge.

"..." And Alaric is quiet. But then as Paul walked, he stumbled.

"!" Everyone noticed this,

"Tsk... Your father is a hopeless man... I can't save her... I can't keep the promises I made... Nothing. I failed as a father... I never did anything to keep you two close..." Paul sighed, as he sat on his chair, as Alaric... Looked.

Then he remembered Norn...

And for the first time in ages...

"?" Paul noticed Alaric staring eye to eye. His unique white eye shimmering, his original blue one stared.

"... When we get back... I want you to meet everyone. Look... I... I'll accept you as my father. Because... You have a granddaughter now." Alaric said, as Paul smiled, this was the first time in forever since he spoke...
