I was getting ready for my ballet class as my mother walked in smiling "hi mum, I was just getting ready to leave."

She hit then hit me with some unexpected and unfortunate news "well I wanted to tell you... Jughead was coming."

I groaned out "mum! Can I not have at least these last five months before I'm married to some maniac to myself!?"

She frowned and held my hands "look your father and I feel awful but...nothing can be done about this, I'm sorry Elizabeth."

I sighed and she frowned "unless Charles finds a wife...you must marry the baboon as you like to call him."

I smiled at her choice of words as an idea hit my mind and I turned back to her and sighed out "fine. May I at least go to ballet?"

She smiled and nodded letting me leave my room as I grabbed my belongings and walked my way.

As I was at my practice I followed the movements of my instructor. She smiled and kept repeating the positions and tricks to perform. I kept and spun as I normally did. She smiled at me as I began turning on toes as I stopped and leapt across the floor as I lifted my leg high above my head.

Suddenly I heard "you know if you weren't such an ugly thing you wouldn't be half bad in bed."

I gasped and put both my legs onto the floor as my instructor cleared her throat and I turned my head seeing Jughead.

I clenched my teeth together angrily walking up to him and hit his chest "what the hell! I am in the middle of a lesson."

He gave me a fake smile "I don't care. My mother made me come and have a stupid picnic with you, to get to know you. But I already know you, a snobby little princess that doesn't care for others but herself."

I laughed out "I'm much more than that you ass and frankly I see you in no better light than just a-a-a stupid oaf!"

He chuckled at my words and I rolled my eyes and groaned and said "Genevieve I have...company. You are free to go."

She smiled and nodded "yes your highness."

I smiled and she grabbed her things and walked out as Jughead looked at her behind and I slapped his neck and he winced and rubbed the spot I had hit and glared at me.

"Im not fond of this arrangement but the last you could do is have a little bit of respect." He chuckled softly and leaned closer to me pressing me up against the doorway.

"I don't do...respect Elizabeth. Especially with you." He hissed out and I looked at him and slapped him.

"Well if you don't mind I'll change first and we can eat whatever this is. I believe it's been poisoned knowing you."

He smiled and mentioned "well if we're to be husband and wife I'm allowed to see you naked."

I turned to him and said "I might be a princess who has manners but I won't have any for my husband if he doesn't go!"

He rolled his eyes walking out as I grabbed my things and went to change.

When I stepped down the stairs and went outside I saw Jughead sitting in the grass on top of a blanket as I sighed fixing my hair and walked over to him.

I stopped and looked at him saying "hey."

He turned his head as I sat down and he opened the basket as he pulled out bread and biscuits with some tea "look I want to make an agreement with you."

I looked at him and he said "we're gonna have to consummate there's no way we're getting out of that."

I rolled my eyes as he told me "i want to be able to sleep with anyone I desire, I do not care if we're married, we despise each other and frankly you won't be enough to satisfy my needs."

I rolled my eyes saying "as if I'd want to."

He shook his head saying "we can have separate partners, separate beds and we will be married by law but not by love. Can we have an agreement on that?"

I sighed and nodded as he said "so you do have a brain in there."

I hit his head as he told me "but I also have this."

I wondered what else he would say and he told me "if on our wedding night you become with child. I will take care of you, you will have my undivided attention even if I hate you and I will hate half of the child."

I sighed and rolled my eyes already wanting to ignore what he has said as continued to tell me "but once you give birth we return to what we once were, utterly despising of one another."

I glared at him and told him "fine. Not like anyone like you could possibly have some decency of at least being respectful to a lady."

He scoffed and I turned away and crossed my arms.

"You know you've ruined my life?" He told me.

I laughed out and told him "for once can you not just think of yourself? I decided to say yes because I knew my parents were not doing this for nothing and yet you? You continue to act with such disgust! I have never done anything to you!"

He spat at me as he rose to his feet "and neither have I!"

I shouted "oh do not give me that you have done more!"

He grabbed my arms shouting "than what!? What have I done to you?"

I frowned and shook my head "I cannot say."

He scoffed and let go of me saying "and there it is the utter privilege you hold, the entitlement of a Northsider!"

I screamed "you caused me pain for a long time Forsyth do not make this about you!"

He grabbed my arms shouting "and you will be the bane of my existence for the rest of my life!"

I looked at him and frowned as I muttered "there was a girl. A girl that you slept with, and when you were done with her you left her for nothing. And guess what? She was one of my friends. A girl who thought she could handle this society but I was wrong, because she decided to like a man and it was you, and you know what happened to her? She hung her self in her room for me and my other friend to find her. You have probably broken more lives than you can imagine but do not dare tell me I have no reason for my anger!"

He let go of me and I rubbed my arms as I said to him "you call me a brat but believe me my father and mother taught me to be respectful and full of honor. I only disrespect someone once you've done it to me."

I cried and picked up my dress and dashed to my room.

I reached my room as I panted and cried as I went to my table and cried holding my face I heard a knock at the door seeing Veronica as she saw me.

"I saw what happened..." she ran over and I cried again as she hugged me.

I held her tightly and sobbed as she held my head "it's okay...it's okay." She whispered and I cried holding her "I should've done something, maybe if I had done something...if I had never told her to be a lady..."

She held my face saying "you did nothing wrong, you wished to give a girl a better life. But there are too many evils of this life that neither of us can comprehend."

I cried and she hugged me again as I held Veronica tighter and sobbed.
